The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain.

Superb accommodation at an amazingly affordable price with fantastic reviews. Cefn Mawr is a cosy barn conversion that sleeps 2 to 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an en suite. A further 2 guests may be accommodated using the double sofa bed in the living space. Luxurious kitchen and living space upstairs with stunning views down the valley. Secluded, peaceful and surrounded by rolling hills. Games barn with table tennis, pool and table football.

Cae Clyd is dog friendly but dog has to be house trained and supervised by the owner. We allow 2 dogs. Charge for damage will apply.
