Chic Boutique is a lovely home in the heart of Dayton. Close to downtown, University of Dayton and both Miami Valley and Kettering hospitals. Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. The best place to stay when visiting the National Air Force Museum. It's open year round, entrance is free, and you even can walk there if you want :) You will also be very close to all the Wright Patterson AFB entrances and only 5 minutes to Wright State University, only 10 minutes to the Nutter Center (for watching various shows) and Downtown Dayton - including the Oregon District, University of Dayton, Schuster Center, Miami Valley Hospital, and others. Sunnydale Chalet and Gardens

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them.
