I highly recommend her place.... You just feel right at home.

It was a very quiet place, safe and private. Constant electricity supply from normal electricity to solar to a standby generator, we always had electricity. We enjoyed the pool which was cleaned every morning before woke up(it felt as if there was a house weld in the compound but we hardly ever saw him. There is a grocery shop in the estate (10mins walk). Bashir was always helpful and swift with his response. We loved the place and would recommend this house.

The apartment is in a serene estate, easily accessible and close to the major road, the apartment is neat with modern facilities and if you are a food lover like me who spends more time in the kitchen you’ll wish for a bigger kitchen lol, otherwise it is convenient for a one bedroom apartment ….I never thought I could stay this long in any Airbnb but the host (Efosa) who was very interactive and always there to attend to me made my 44 days stay worth every cent, what I loved most about the apartment is that you have the whole compound to yourself and the bush bar for relaxation….it’s actually a perfect home away from home and I highly recommend it

WOW, WOW, WOW. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! If you are looking for a place that is beautiful, clean, in central Abuja, quiet, peaceful and EVERYTHING you and your family want, you NEED! to stay at this place. The house comes with a House manager and a house chef (Chef Martins). The house was sooo clean, the foood?? Oh my goodness!! We were fed silly!! Such good people that own and manage this house. If you hesitate for whatever reason and go with another place, I promise you, you will regret it in comparison to the peace of mind and experience you will experience at Raynald's place. This property is meant to be booked ALL YEAR ROUND for their impeccable service!! Raynald, thank you so much. You made my life and that of my friends lives so easy by having this property. I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me location wise as it’s not far from the airport and also not far from the city itself. Special shoutout to P the house manager who was always available via text or call if anything was needed. If I’m ever back in Abuja, this is a great place to stay as it is private and secure. 10/10 from me.

Although there were a couple of hiccups you cannot fault the team for the efforts they made to overcome them. Communication as flawless and they were available to help whenever needed. Amazing service and I will use in future.

Spent a couple of days in this really classy place. Voke was available to receive and show us around the place. The house is really neat and actually looks better than the pictures. Very spacious and modern rooms with functional facilities. The full kitchen has got everything you need for cooking and Ovie was kind enough to give us a ride to a nearby supermarket for grocery shopping. House is well furnished with real quality stuff. There's constant light supply and everything works. The environment is serene and secure with excellent access control. Not far from Magic land and other important spots in Abuja. Ovie was a very attentive host who made us feel very comfortable. Our departure flight was delayed by a couple of hours and Ovie allowed us check out late. We'll certainly stay here again whenever we are in Abuja.

Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel at home throughout my visit, I truly wish I had longer time to stay. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded all expectations. Safe location with superior service! The flats are well maintained and equipped. Everything is in working order…hot water, stove, microwave, washer, kettle, TVs, etc. Amina has her flats on “lock” meaning hands down hospitality from response time to action. I would recommend this place to anyone on any level!

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

The apartment was booked for my sister and nephew for a two nights of attending a meeting in Abuja. They had an issue with transportation and only arrived to the apartment 1 day later, and spent a night instead of two. They had a fantastic stay in the apartment, nothing to complain about. Thanks

I enjoyed my stay at Chinedus place. Aminat the apartment manager, and Matthew the housekeeper were very helpful and responsive, and made sure the apartment was regularly cleaned and any necessities taken care of. Especially loved the neighborhood - right in the city center, within walking distance to most activities in Wuse 2. Only complaint i had on arrival (lack of toiletries) was sorted soon after by the housekeeper. I'd definitely stay again when next I'm in town.
