Holiday rentals with beach access in Wynwood, Miami

We had such a lovely time at Gunjan's place. The location was ideal, in an uncrowded section of the beach, but still a short (free) trolley ride from North beach or South Beach. We enjoyed being able to hang out at the pool, leave our things by our lounge chairs, and walk out the gate, across the boardwalk and right onto the beach. The Alexander is a very low-key, family-friendly resort--just the right mix of refined and simple. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. It's the perfect mix of a hotel / resort experience and staying at someone's well loved place. We especially enjoyed having our cocktail hour on the balcony, with lovely views of the city and the ocean. Gunjan was super responsive. The internet was slow and within minutes of me letting her know, her helper was at our door resetting the router. All in all, a perfect stay!

Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Devin was great with communicating and the house looks just as described - even better than expected! There was a lot of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

Amazing place! Nice corner apartment with an incredible view! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable interior, with all the amenities we need, even for my baby…the host was very friendly, responsive and easy going! We need to extend our stay and he made it very easy for us! I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Miami

Great stay the pool is heated and newer The unit is big ! comfortable beds guest bed very comfortable! any and all things you need for adults and kids . Appreciated dish soap, hand soap, packs of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen supplies, spices. Parking lot was smooth lobby staff nice . Easy beach access. In the unit there’s beach chairs could beach toys so many towels & washcloth. For bathroom and beach, really appreciate that.

Simple and clean apartment in a quiet part of Key Biscayne with easy walk to beach and restaurants.

This place is all about location and the pool. There’s only one en-suite, but even for two families - 8 people total - we felt like we still had the privacy we all needed. This place is nothing fancy so as long as you have that expectation you’ll be fine. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was such a great bonus for the days where the ocean was not swimmable for the littles. We were there 6 days and there was only one day that was good for swimming due to the coastal winds. Thank you for the stay!

They had excellent communication and even allowed my group to check in a bit early which was greatly appreciated.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

I loved the place and its amenities, I really enjoyed sharing with my family the living room in the back with nature. very nice.

Staying at Joe s place was simply amazing! My family and I enjoyed spending time in the beautiful backyard. House was super clean and we felt just at home. We strongly recommend his house…you won’t regret it. Joe is also very friendly and responsive. We will stay there again! Thank you Joe!

We had a wonderful time in Ayat's place! The location is pretty central - very accessible to get to the beach or surrounding neighborhoods. The house was perfect for our large group. Ayat is also very responsive and whenever we ran out of things like toilet paper or detergent, she had them delivered to the house which was very nice.

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

We were very taken care of here, any questions we had, they responded very quickly and helped us out with everything. Very nice host, definitely something I feel like you need to have a great vacation home is a great host.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The apartment is even more perfect than the photos. There is so much space! The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. All the snacks, beverages and waters were so thoughtful! We didn’t land in Ft Lauderdale until 9pm, so it was nice that we had a snack and a drink waiting. We are walkers, so we walked to the nearest Publix to get a sandwich, strolled the Broadwalk. We walked to LeTub and had the best burger. The hosts have a folder with suggestions and helpful hints. Perfect location. Perfect Hosts. Perfect vacation.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.
