It was a very nice experience. The host is very nice, we got along very well. The view is beautiful and many touristic and historic places around. Recommand!!

Right on the sea front "La Casa di Anastatia" is a beautiful spacious villa that I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have fantastic sea views in this very relaxing resort.

The Orange house has all you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet but within walking distance to the beach and the restaurants. The freely available bikes were a nice surprise. Above all, Martin was very kind and did her best to satisfy our needs and make our stay enjoyable. Keramoti has one of the best beaches for families with small children. Martin's place is perfect for them.

Maria was very helpful, smiling, and friendly. He gave us all the information about the space and the area. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The space was very well cared for and spotless and had all the amenities we needed hot water, microwave, toaster, kettle, large refrigerator, glasses and utensils, iron, shampoo and shower gel, etc. Relatively close to the center, to Republic Square but in a quiet neighbourhood. The distances were close, we were with two young children and made all the distances on foot without complaining. The heating was with 2 air conditioners, something that Maria informed us about in the first place. Although we hit one of the coldest 3 days of this winter, the heating covered us. One of the few spaces with 2 separate bedrooms in Xanthi which made our stay even more comfortable. Great Family Choice

We stayed here as a family for 6 nights. The owner of the house welcomed us very nicely, she is a very warm, helpful and friendly lady. It has a large garden with lots of greenery and fruit trees suitable for grilling, the house is clean, everything is provided, bed linen and towels are sufficient and very clean, the beds are perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The sea and the sand are available Very nice, very suitable for children. I would like to thank the owner of the house for his helpfulness and warmth.

Had a wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed- even a little playground for our 2-year old daughter. The place was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house is situated in a quiet little village, 8 minutes by car from the beach. The bathroom and toilet are a little small. In the village there is also a small market that can cover your needs.

The apartment is clean, new, air conditioned, with a great terrace for morning coffee. We were there for a week and we were super satisfied with the proximity of the center, the sea and a grocery store. Thanks for the hospitality! Best regards! S&N
