Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Xilxes

We had a great stay at Angelicas flat! The flat is spacious and cozy. One bedroom and the living room have AC. The second bedroom doesn't and therefore gets a bit warm but Angelica has a fan to use. The apartment was impeccable when we arrived and the communication with Angelica was great from start to finish. Overall it is not the cheapest option in the area but you get a cozy flat instead of an unpersonal Airbnb. I would come back!

Our stay in Valencia was excellent, the apartment is great, better than in the photos of the listing! Quiet and quiet street, with very close market, pharmacy and subway. Easy access by metro or bus to any area of the city. Apartment was very clean, well equipped, with comfortable bed and shower. Claudia was very friendly and helpful with us. We recommend to everyone!

This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for my large group (8 guests). The hosts were continuously available and quick at responding. As well as able to help out with our check in after a delayed flight!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with high-quality amenities and a lot of love for detail – even feminine hygiene items were available! Everything was sparkling clean, the location is central, but still with real local vibe. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend the place to friends at any time and would love to come back!

I had a great stay at Jaime’ s apartment. It was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was easy to walk to most places in Valencia and easy to get cabs if needed.

It has been an excelllent stay,the whole family as owners really engaged and reactful,helpful,the house is very well equipped for a family including bicycles which we used a lot and enjoyed very much. We do recommend truly and hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro's place! The house is spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable! We loved the neighborhood, quiet but with many nice cafes and restaurants (especially Casa Montaña :) and the location is also great, because you can take the metro to the center and the beach in walking distance. Definitely recommend it!

Wilhem's attention has been wonderful, adapted to our times both upon arrival and departure. Exemplary host. The house is as it appears in the photos, close to everything there is to see in Castellón and in a quiet street in the center. Everything turned out wonderful

We were with baby (11 months) and child (4 years), it was perfect, bigger than expected, sparkling clean, comfortable beds (everything as in the hotel), sauna & whirlpool, Massimo is very friendly and we will definitely be back! Next time we don't rent a car anymore, because you don't need that in this area at all. The proximity to the beach also came to us.

Beautiful studio right by the beach! Pictures are spot on, very clean, very cozy! Our host Fernando goes above and beyond to orient you to the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do! This was so helpful being new visitors to Valencia! ❤️ Communication was suburb!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is spacious and exudes a real home feeling. The modern kitchen has all the comforts, which made cooking very pleasant. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms at our disposal, and the presence of a dryer was a nice extra. The spacious garden felt like an oasis in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing. The ground floor was ideal with our stroller, and for the children there were plenty of toys and space to play. In addition, tram, metro, bus and a supermarket were within walking distance, which made it extra comfortable. In short, a great place where we felt right at home. Highly recommended! The host is great and nice communication and lots of nice tips for the area. We would love to come back.

A top stay! Javier was very friendly and quick to answer our questions. Everything was ready and clear. Aín is a beautiful village and very good starting point for hiking. Really great. Recommended!

We went to Valencia to visit the Ciutat de Las Ciencias. Pilar's place is perfectly located for this, but also for the city center, in a quiet neighborhood allowing for a 15 min walk on quiet streets until the complex, and with public transport accesible within minutes. The house was very clean, just like in the photos, perfectly functional and equipped for our stay. Pilar communicated perfectly, and was flexible for our arrival and departure. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at this property for 20 days. I highly recommend this place. It's just a hop step and a jump to the beach.

Gianina was an amazing host and her flat is absolutely perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - its just adorable. The balcony is always sunny and faces the water (and the boats) and there are 15 restaurants, (2) grocery stores and plenty of beach just beyond your door. We could have stayed indefinitely in this beautiful little paradise.

Lovely apartment in a great location in the middle of old town. Desiré is particularly hospitable and the communication was perfect. She gave valuable tips and was very friendly and understanding. We felt much at home. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and you can explore the city on foot from the apartment. Due to the super central location sometimes a bit of noise but even earplugs were provided by Desiré. Definitely recommended!!

Very good stay with Justiniano. Service of the apartment very well. Well located apartment to walk to the beach. Residence with children's park, swimming pool (in season) and paddle board court. Very accessible bus to go to the city center or the oceanografico/science museum!
