Holiday rentals with a kayak in Xul-Ha

Everything perfect, the spectacular XulHa lagoon, you can do anything and take a kayak to navigate. The only problem is the parking, it says it's private, but it's off the property on a track. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but in the description of the publication it says other information regarding this topic. Everything is very nice, clean and quiet.

Beautiful and quiet, excellent location. We used the kayaks every day and enjoyed the hammocks in front of the Lagoon. The loft-style home setup was great for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). We’d love to go back again one day!

the beautiful house with excellent view. how much with a pier and palapa, overlooking the lake. The land is huge and very nice and well cared for. I would only do two recommendations. 1) the listing says it's two full bathrooms, when actually one is outside the house and has no hot water, and 2) Kitchen utensils were missing: e.g. the lemon juicer was broken, scissors did not cut, etc. Other than that, it's a beautiful and comfortable place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is right on the water. The lots of stairs is very accurate. We did not find the stairs a problem. We brought 2 dogs which was great. We have stayed in lots of beach front properties and know they are not Las Vegas style accomidationis. We had some rough weather unfortunately. The only thing I would add is a couple TV,s for the rainy days. There are board games and covered out door sitting areas. We like to watch Netflix in the evenings & we did on our computer. It was not a big deal for us. We took a boat tour who picked us up on our doc. We had a couple neighbours who were both very nice. Defiantly would stay here again.

10/10 Everything has been amazing. The house is super new and very well cared for. Also, Lupita and Alfredo treated us too well. Would repeat 100%

Pepe has been very nice to us and the place is a wonder, the house overlooks the lake, it is located before the most touristic infrastructures, which allows you to rest and bathe in all comfort. The small downhill is a little difficult by car because of the stones, but Pepe helped us load and lower our suitcases with her van, very nice! The village also has very rich little restaurants and tienditas to buy without going to Bacalar centro. A highly recommended and ideal place for a family or group of friends!

Marissa was a great host. She took care of all our needs and more! She helped us with a lagoon boat tour, private taxi to/from Cancun, restaurant recommendations, and more! We had a great time and would highly recommend this place (and Marissa as host) to anyone to expereince a wonderful stay in Bacalar!

We had an amazing few days at Olga's place and soon realised how special it was to be there. There was something quite magical about it and Olga manages to create such a relaxed and open environment where you are free to explore the Lake, use the facilities and meet amazing people. I would definitely go back.

great place , total paradise,only I miss fumigating as there is pest of ants and the kitchen is outside something I didn't see in the listing but not so bad in fact it's a beautiful place

it is a spacious, heated house, the perfect pool and the perfect grill. the recommendations and service from the host were very good for family rlmolan.

What a magical place - surrounded by the jungle on one side and the laguna on the other, it is truly secluded. The cabaña is beautifully made, and the communal area is welcoming and cozy. The presence of a SUP and kayak was the icing on the cake! The only downside is the terrible state of the access road - don’t try it with a regular car!

Recommended place, quiet place and very good accommodation

The place is very nice, has direct access to the lagoon, the small and comfortable cabin with its own balcony and spectacular treatment in addition to being pet friendly, the pier is shared with other guests.

We were very well received, the check-in and check-out was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Her beach club is very nice. It's a very comfortable place, the location is perfect. Super friendly, communication was excellent from start to finish .

Amazing place, too good to be true, they have lagoon view from your unit, breakfast on the balcony of the unit, kayaks, motorbikes and paddle included. They care about the lagoon atmosphere giving clear instructions that you don't do inside the lagoon, soft drinks, water, beers and coffee included in the reservation. Extremely friendly and clear staff. They helped us book an amazing Bacalar tour. My partner loved the place, so I was very happy with it. Ame the kayaks take advantage of this option that they give at no additional cost.
