Holiday rentals in Xylofagou

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Great place and lovely clean Villa , pool cleaned regularly and no problems with location on walking to restaurants and bars , plenty of supermarkets around too

Our family had a great time in this beautiful house! Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the toys and playing in the sand on the beach. There is a decent outdoor gym on the beach and nice walking or running routes north on the beach or south on a paved walkway. 15 min drive in to the city center.

The location is perfect for the nearby beach of Kaparis. Several bars easily accessible by foot. Definitely take time for a beach walk! Great view and lots of nice bars and small coves on the way. Rental car would be important for more. But you can also easily by bus to the center of Protaras. The villa was very large, super clean ! And had a beautiful private pool. Well and sufficiently equipped. A preparation of filter coffee or a dishwasher would have been nice. But hosts will take care of it right away ! Fly gates would be nice. Parking for car is really very small and tight to drive in. If the houses are inhabited all around, this is rather not private and comparable to terraced house in Germany. It sounds very much in the settlement and you only have unobstructed views from a window upstairs. Nevertheless very nice for holidays in Protaras outside the lively center.

Great villa, perfect for large groups. Only downside was that the hot water took 2hrs to heat up so be prepared. Car needed. Albeit a great stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The accomodation was amazing, it was spacious, it had anything we may have needed and more, and we felt right at home ♥️ Our hosts were super friendly, responsive and thoughtful and the location was perfect, minutes walk from all amenities (beach, restaurants, pubs, groceries, and ofc ice cream) Thank you so much for this lovely stay, we are definitely recommending and we will be coming back 😊

We are a family of 3,we spent 10 days in the apartment in July. Very nice modern apartment with everything what you need.View are spectacular, location is superb 👌 Balcony is a dream .Beds are nice and comfortable with nice linen. Fridge was huge,and I was extremely happy for the nespresso coffe machine.I didn't cooked this time but if I would there were everything what need.I like to clean during my stay regularly and I found everything to do it.Parking our rental car was easy in the private car park. Kateryna always responded quickly if I had questions. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back . Thank you Kateryna
