Vicky is an A+ host - great to communicate to ensure smooth arrival and check in and to make sure we had everything we needed through our stay. Always friendly and quick to respond. The room is very comfortable with what we needed for our stay. The hot water kettle is so nice to be able to make tea at home before a day of exploring the city. The shower is awesome, great hot water. You cannot beat the location - the nearby Formosa Station is a major hub serving 2 metro lines. It is easy to get anywhere in the city, and also convenient to access the train stations. The apartment is on a street literally in the middle of a giant night market with so many great food options and fun to experience. Besides the metro access, it is a great neighborhood to walk around and explore. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend Vicky’s home for ease, convenience, and a home base while exploring Kaohsiung.

Really nice contact with Winly, Taiwanese hospitality is really something! Even brought me a yogamat during my stay with several treats. Area is quite busy so bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best choice. It was quite localised so we enjoyed many local restaurants. There was a local nightmarket just walking distance. Definitely the view of the room was why we booked! Jimmy was also proactive in our enquiries and overall, it felt like a hotel stay!

It is a nice place for the short term to stay. The host is very nice.

We enjoyed our short, one night stand. The accommodation is right next to the Love river. Art gallery with nice park is in walkable distance. The room had everything what we needed. We enjoyed free tea, coffee and some snacks in shared kitchen. The bed was comfy.

We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!

We loved the place, very clean and the house have a lot of light from the windows. looks like someone think about all small things you may need and place them for you to use. Beautiful and peaceful patio to sit, talk or play, a lot of green from trees, colorful flowers and fish ponds, excellent host that know to be there and also gives space and quiet.
