Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. This is a highly sought after lovely CLEAN, PRIVATE coach (carriage) house converted to a one bedroom stand-alone flat in a private garden in beautiful Moseley. It has massive double bed (UK King), plus a small double pull out sofa bed and up to two single air mattresses to accommodate up to 6 travellers although it is quite a squeeze for the 6. There is FREE on-street parking outside the house on a quiet road, though there is no private parking on the drive but for a fee, EV charging on drive.
