Holiday rentals with a pool in Yarköy

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

A luxuary Villa at c£4k for week peak season. We come to Cyprus at least once a year and have taken villas all around the area. This is the best one. Very lux, huge pool and outdoor area. Large kitchen, all bedrooms en-suite and a gym. It’s well located between Protaras and Ayia Napa. But you can’t walk anywhere (other than a small local beach which we didn’t use) so you will need a car. The service was v responsive.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

The house is very nice and enough for 5 people to stay. We stayed during a cold period, there was air conditioning in every room to warm up and all of them were working properly. Again the bath water was hot. In short, we did not have any heating problems. Ms. Hatice's mother greeted us. Since we came from the road, she offered small treats and introduced the house in case we could be hungry. We were greeted very warmly. Hatice Hanim always sent a msg and asked if we had a problem. It's a beautiful home and well-meaning hosts. In short, everything was nice. 50m walking distance to the sea, it is also a convenient place for transportation as it is right in the middle of Bafra and İskele tourism centers. If I need to make a single criticism, maybe a wider and comfortable seating can be provided in the living room if L armchair etc. is preferred as a seating group. Which didn't negatively affect us just a recommendation. Long story short, it's a cozy, peaceful place where you can stay with your friends or family with peace of mind.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.

Everything was nice. Take your house shoes. It’s cypriotic must in any season – cold floors

Very straightforward instructions to get to Anthony´s place. The appartment is super well located with several shops (Lidl etc) and pastries (Sigma) and coffee places right on the same block. The beach is across the street and the pool remained warm until early november. We would stay here again on any trip to Cyprus and Limassol!!

The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Ieva was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean with all you needed. The resort was lovely with lots for kids; water slides, pools, 2 playgrounds, kids indoor play area, football pitch and mini golf. Beach was nice. Nice restaurant and pool bar. The resort was very remote. Nothing near so you need a car. If you want to just relax and get away from it all this resort is perfect! Weather great too.
