Beautiful spot inside and out. The home is well equipped and spacious. Check in was a breeze and Shelly was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are large and had lots of towels. The back deck is lovely with a great view of the lake. Close to town.

Jackie's place was just perfect for me and my friend and was exactly as described. There are new windows so it was nice and warm even when strong winds were blowing. Jackie was so gracious and provided a lovely snack basket. The kitchen items were top quality and she thought of everything one might need. She even provides multiple steaming services if you want to chill and watch a movie or tv show. Bedding was comfy, clean and warm. Bathroom was clean with thick towels and hreat water pressure. Absolutely nothing bad to say here. I would move right in if it was for sale! :)

We felt lucky to find a place so close to the beautiful Kejimkujik National Park!! The yard is huge and beautiful with a lovely walk down to the lake. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, easy to control the temperature in the house. Only negatives; upstairs bathroom only has a tub, kayaks need some work.

We were a group of 7 seniors, college buddies coming together from different parts of the world, and this property in the heart of Bar Harbor was perfect. It was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Shops, restaurants, walking trails and a grocery store were within walking distance. Cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a joy, with the functioning washer and dryer nearby. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the two bathrooms, stocked with lots of neatly folded towels, more than met our needs. We enjoyed lounging in the family room couches in front of the large screen TV and we gathered around the long dining room table late into the nights to chat and play games. It felt like our home away from home and honestly, we all hated to go.

we absolutely adored our stay at Henry & Jess' place! exactly as pictured, we enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay with an incredible view of the lake. the hot tub was so relaxing, and we even were able to enjoy a fire by the lake one evening. we also enjoyed many games of Uno and Trouble, such a blast! everything was spotless, so tidy & cozy. the bed was also so comfy! they are extremely friendly and responsive hosts - always checking in to make sure everything is well with the house & making sure you're comfortable. a day or two before we arrived, Henry messaged me giving me all the info I needed, including check in info, wifi passwords and everything in between. they have an entire binder filled with instructions, contact information, recommended restaurants and activities - it is clear that they have thought of everything that would be helpful for people to know. i already can't wait to go back! 🩷

Susan was the manager, but the “real” hosts were the owners, Brenda and Mike. Just really friendly, kind, helpful and down to earth. Felt absolutely at home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all sorts of condiments and spices. I promise you won’t be needing anything. Lots of nice clean dishes, appliances, etc. The place itself is outstanding in its location on the waters edge. The WiFi isn’t maybe the most reliable with a full house, but it’s adequate. Besides, LOOK at the photos, it’s stunning on the pond.

Looking for a tranquil place on a beautiful Maine lake? This is it! I visited in early January, and the lake’s thick ice was perfect for winter fun. The home has great separation so everyone can find their own spot—kids upstairs, parents cooking and watching TV on the main floor, another kid downstairs. For its size, it really makes the most of every space. Winter Harbor is nearby, Bar Harbor is a short drive, and Schoodic Point in northern Acadia is absolutely magical. Michael is the best host my wife and I have ever encountered; his energy and commitment to hosting are incredible. The street is moderately private, and we met a friendly neighbor, Scott, who was super helpful. If you’re expecting a remote Carolina-style mountain home, reset your expectations and discover what a small Maine road community can offer. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and cookware. It’s a fantastic place to experience “the real Maine.”

We had a pleasure staying at Jason's place. Almost all amenities were provided. Jason is so responsive and he let us check in sooner. The surrounding is so beautiful. do not miss kayaks! Thank you Jason!

We were so pleased with our stay! Beautiful location, wonderful sandy bottom lake, privacy, comfort, very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again!

amazing place, I would love to rent again in the ft

We stayed here over New Year’s and it was the perfect getaway. Super comfortable, cozy woodstove, and amazing views. We’d definitely return!

The cottage was so cozy and peaceful. We loved relaxing and enjoying the view. We arrived in the dark and Kelly was very responsive when we had troubles because of that. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot! Family enjoyed a white Christmas here. The house was large enough for 8 of us. The Bunkie was a nice addition, but maybe not able to hold up to really cold nights in winter… but would definitely consider staying here again! Shane was great with communicating. Thanks for a great rental!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Easily 5 star!! Peter and Hendrix went above and beyond with this cabin!! The location was very easy to find, and once we arrived, we were so impressed! Chef Hendrix made us a fresh warm cherry pie when we walked in! So sweet and absolutely delicious!! Every piece of this Airbnb is carefully thought out and planned. Very comfy bedding, couches, chairs, warm blankets to curl up in-front of the fire place, wireless chargers in every room, spices, cooking supplies and everything you need in the kitchen - to the amount of games and fun activities there is to do here. The sauna was a huge hit for a girls trip!! It’s spacious and they even had cold water bottles for us for after !! All in all, an excellent choice !! I could go on about this place forever, but just book it !!! We be back soon!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
