Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

On 11 acres with stunning mountain and valley views, this elegant country style studio apartment is your perfect weekend getaway. Filled with lots of sunlight, the cosy interior is warm and welcoming (Note: There is no kitchen). Breakfast on your sun drenched deck surrounded by hedges and a rambling wisteria (in season) then wander through our paddocks, taking in the uninterrupted views, or stroll down to the nearby Warburton rail trail.
