The house is beautiful, super cared for, as in the photos, the temperature of the pool is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and everything very clean and tidy we really loved it and Mrs. Martha at all times was attentive to the things I asked and answered immediately.

Our stay at The Palm House was amazing and the home exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, clean, and overall well equipped to handle a large group. The highlights were the pool, the outside restrooms and large yard for activities. The kitchen was also large enough fit our big family to be seated comfortably. Another plus was the close proximity to the local plaza, which was about 10 minutes walking. The host was responsive and accommodating which made the stay stress free. Overall we would recommend.

the spaces are comfortable, the house is clean, the green areas are clean, the rooms have their own bathroom which helps in privacy, the general areas and find illuminated, there are some details like all the house where you are looking to find a fused focus, however it does not affect the functionality or the activities that are carried out. a very comfortable home

Located within the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision, it has all the amenities, spacious and comfortable spaces that make you feel at home. It has a warm water pool, with sun loungers, armchairs and a hammock that will make you spend moments of great relaxation. In the living room, you'll find a screen to enjoy movies on Netflix or Prime. The kitchen has EVERYTHING to prepare quick meals. We found 5 super comfortable and very well-sized rooms. Additionally, they provided us with board games and a speaker to liven up family moments We'll definitely be back soon! Note: Mrs. Luz and Mr. Erasto were attentive at all times, taking care of every detail.

An amazing place to rest and disconnect from the city, the photos don't do it justice to the beautiful view it has, the pool-jacuzzi great, the place has everything you need for cooking or places nearby to go out to eat, and Gladys' hospitality was extraordinary.

Just like.comentario, but it's more of the administration, the pool cleaning, it wasn't as clean. Alberto was very collaborative and patient with the site's directions.
