Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Yelapa

We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

We loved our stay here. The view easily was the best in all of Vallarta. I think I was in the pool about 4 hours a day just gazing at the ocean. When not in pool we spent a lot of time on our balcony. The church and the bells are charming. We were here during the celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which is the 1st 12 days of December. Watching the processions as they approached the church was extremely touching. I would recommend ear plugs as there were a couple days during this window where the bells chime a lot. Part of the reason you go to Mexico is to involve yourself in festivities. It was very easy to get Uber to come to the condo. If you have mobility issues and you were hoping to walk this is probably not the best choice for you. The kitchen had everything, the bathroom had nice towels and beach towels, and the linens were cozy. If you need air conditioning on hot days they worked really well. Thanks for the fabulous stay!

I love this place. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and feels super safe. It is in a great location and is central to everything. The multiple pools and gym were a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again. ✨

Super well located apartment, if you are going to take advantage of all that downtown Puerto Vallarta and its romantic area offers. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious with two balconies and is part of a bungalow complex so there is reception all day. They do the grooming but not daily and there is a pool in the middle of the building. All the staff are very friendly.

First arrival through jungle lush cliffs overlooking the city , breezes and immediately we knew something special laid behind the steel green gate and the wow factor never faded over the week ,the space was romantic, the art deco steel door frames are so unique they create a space like no other, the place decorated with original art, styled in the most welcoming of ways , also flowers on towels and such surprised us through out the trip all areas are special in their own right , truly epic the casa kokuna house is Beautiful the days and nights the views are ever changing and mornings waking up to the ocean mountains blue skies guarantees the day is starting right morning coffee was unique hanging by the pool platform or under the palapa was a favorite, we loved the experience , being dog people the sweet Great Danes roaming the property was another fun experience, best casa@the greatest little Pueblo in Mexico

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Excellent host Jesus, his house is super nice and equipped, there is a lot to buy in the surroundings. The location is about 15 min from the beach by car.

The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was bigger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaime was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the stay even better. The location was also great. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to popular tourist spots. I will come back next time.

Very nice, spacious beautiful place I'll definitely stay here again

We appreciated Rob greeting us & walking through all the details first thing. We stayed here with 2 other couples in late January. The weather was great , not too hot so it was easy to get out & walk all throughout the day. The villa has plenty of space to spread out, very helpful with several of us doing remote work. Rooms have comfortable beds & blackout shades that were a plus as well. We all loved stopping in at the establishments along the main road to town. We celebrated our friend’s birthday with a stop at LUKA Diseño Floral. They made a gorgeous, reasonably priced bouquet that was still fresh looking days later. This really is a great location for easy town & beach access. Downsides for us: *loud/late night parties at the hostel up the hill *pool is not heated & sun doesn’t reach it during the day (again, late January) *the only main area bathrooms are open air. There were times when more privacy would have been appreciated :/

It's a good place to stay with family.

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

Easy access to everything was a very enjoyable stay

Everything was perfect. very good service from start to finish. take my pet and there was no problem at all. the only thing is that the bathroom soap dispatcher and the dishwasher dispatcher didn't work well.. but everything else is perfect.. excellent cleanliness and service

Hello. Thank you so much for everything. The apartment is in very good condition, the missing ones (crockery, glasses,glasses) promptly supplied when they were reported, and it has an excellent view! Peninsula great location and facilities. A very nice stay for family!

Our stay was wonderful. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The view and the pools were amazing , not to mention listening to sound of the waves at night. Philip was a wonderful host , very attentive and answered questions quickly . My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future or recommend to others.
