This is a 2 story cottage on a hill right in front of the beach. The first floor where you will be staying has a separate entrance, so you can use the entire first floor (26 pyeong) as an independent space. Because of the trend, you can see the sunrise directly from the house in the morning, there is an arboretum nearby, and the padori and Manipo Beach are close, so you can enjoy various different atmospheres. It is a cozy house with lots of flowers. It's a great place to heal quietly and without being disturbed by anyone. It is a house where my parents use it like a vacation home by remodeling a rural house. The location is before going to Jungsan High School. It is a 5-7 minute drive to Chungmung Bridge. It is also good to hike and rest in Chilgap Mountain. The grocery store is 5 minutes by car, but it's rural, so it closes early. You can buy it in advance. And since it is a detached house, you can have fun with family and friends. There is also a sand playground for children.
