Holiday rentals with beach access in York County

This spot is the perfect location! Just steps away from the ocean and the beautiful boardwalk. At night we would see little bunnies in the yard. SO CUTE. It was such a lovely stay and the space was cozy and comforting. We I’ll definitely be back. :)

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The condo is in the most perfect location right near the beach and the cute town. Our boys loved that we could walk right outside and be able to walk the town and go right to the beach. The condo is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the water. It was so easy to take our boys to the beach being so close. We especially loved enjoying the sunset at night and walking the beach. The pool was also very nice and great for the kids. I can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you Stephen and. Pauline you are a blessing to us! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Absolutely wonderful stay, again! The location of this sweet cottage itself makes me want to return year after year. Everything was very clean, communication was clear, and steps to the beach with our young children made for lasting memories.

Stacey's place was just as described and very close to the beach. We also spent time in both Saco and Biddeford. It was a great visit!

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

Even though we only stay for one night it was amazing! Loved the spaces look and coziness, the beds where pretty comfortable we went during the winter so the bedrooms got a little chilly but nothing a Mainer isn’t used too :) we loved the couch and living room it was big enough for 8 of us to fit comfortably! The beach is walking distance we had so much fun walking the beach and then coming back and enjoying our night! Over all beautiful and comfortable satay!

Wonderful home. Small on the outside, large and roomy inside. Great location! We walked to the beach and the pier multiple times. It was lovely. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.

Our extended family of 12 rented the whole house for an end of the summer getaway. What worked out perfectly for us was the there was only a 3 night requirement. The littles ones enjoyed the tidal pools when low tide and others used the kayaks during high tide. The apartments were spacious allowing us plenty of room to relax.

WOWW where do I begin? Hands Down The BEST airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!! Architecturally gorgeous, soothing colors, huge windows, beautiful art work, REAL plants, lots of storage, well appointed and fully stocked! It was our first time staying on a Marsh - the View was constantly changing with the tide ❤️ Ralda was very forthcoming with local recommendations for seafood, a local gourmet market and restaurant suggestions. She was beyond gracious, leaving a lovely bottle of Champagne to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We were lucky enough to be here during a snow storm - fire place was glowing, wine was flowing, delicious local provisions, gorgeous views (from every window) and a beautiful kitchen island big enough for puzzling - how cozy!!! My small business is run remotely - the ocean view office had stunning views and was very quaint & homey with many family memories ❤️ I’m re-booking!! Fourth year in a row coming to Wendy’s place and we always love it!!! It truly feels like home and is so cute and comfy! I’ve never felt so comfortable somewhere before.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
