Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ypres

We stayed at Karen's place for the third time as we are very comfortable there. The property is very well equipped. There is also nothing missing in the kitchen. The location is great. Quickly you can shop in the village or walk through the dunes to the sea. Or bike rides. Communication with Karen is always impeccable.

An oasis. Beautiful garden with pond and birds. A great place to sit and read, to relax. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We ate in and the kitchen is equipped with spices etc Lidl’s just a two minute walk. Eric is very friendly and approachable too. Happy to help however he can. From Merville it’s easy to get to the coast, we were visiting war graves and Ypres and also went to Louvre Lens. We just loved our stay!

Xavier was very communicative in the build up to our trip. On arrival we met him in person and he was very friendly and had provided good information verbally and in writing about useful shops and directions etc. The place had lots of room, very comfy sofa and beds. Lovely garden. Also some games available at the house. Great location to walk into the Bruges city centre, about a 20 minute walk. Would recommend to others. Bruges is a wonderful city to visit.

Everything as described. Beautiful house and ideal for those who want to stay in large spaces. About halfanhour walk from the center of Bruges in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. Full home amenities. Really stay🔝. Friendly and responsive host, always available. Highly recommended !!!

We, 2 families with a total of 5 children have a really nice time can spend in Julien's house. We especially enjoyed the garden with the sofa and ping pong table - we were also very lucky with the weather. The house is very well equipped!, the bedrooms a little clairvoyant. The place itself is sleepy and unspectacular - outside the season -, but there is certainly more flair in summer. The town is right next to a beautiful dune hiking area - 'Belgian Sahara‘. We can only recommend the place.

We had a lovely weekend with friends. The children thought the pool was fantastic.

We loved our stay. BLISSFUL!!! Something for us at all. Spacious enclosed garden. Ideal for the dogs. For a visit to the beach ( with small children or older dogs) it is best to take the car because it is still a bit of walking to the sea. Thanks to Isabelle's tip, also went to the quieter side of the beach as we don't like the crowds so much. And also much quieter for our dogs. We will definitely be back!

The apartment corresponded to our idea, everything was very clean. Everything necessary is available. You felt immediately welcome and at home. There was a Senseo as a coffee maker. Perfect for us. Highlighted is the good and fast contact with the landlord, who always supports you directly with help and advice. The associated private parking is also worth gold. In the area you can't park for free anywhere and in the season all parking spaces are often occupied. We were very pleased and would come back any time. Full recommendation from us!

Pleasant accommodation, quiet, nicely decorated and close to the Pool and the tourist office (10 minute walk). The parking space is a hell of a plus (secure building parking with an electric door)! I would recommned this property 😊

Excellent stay of 2 nights. Everything was compliant. Very good communication, the instructions were very clear. The 2 apartments were very nice, clean and quiet. Downtown Lens is within walking distance, parking nearby and street parking is also available. We'll be back at Caroline's place for our next stay here. I would highly recommend.

Ideal stay in this apartment with the beach at our feet. An enchanted break for our family with this magnificent view of the horizon and sunsets. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We would like to be able to come back to enjoy the charm of the area! Jean is an attentive and very responsive host.

Excellent place, close to town and the sea, very clean and true to the photo. Mauricio is accessible at any time. The coffee machine is great and it's rare.

The apartment was clean, spacious and welcoming. The four of us were very comfortable and if back in the area would want to stay again. Excellent location, walking distance to everything, but very peaceful. Jeremy was super responsive and attentive to any questions we had and we would absolutely recommend the host and property.

Apartment a little out of the way, but excellent for horse lovers (view of the racecourse), an extra place to rest, bedding and impeccable cleanliness, it was very nice. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas at Thierry's apartment. Which was decorated in a Christmas 🎄version by the way, so little extra stars in the children's eyes. The apartment is in a very good location, although the facade is under construction (as we knew, we did not enjoy the view) this does not take away from the fact that in 30 seconds by elevator we were on the dike. A real delight. The apartment is tastefully decorated and perfectly furnished. Small rechargeable bedside lamps for the bunk bed, chargers available, a very easy-to-use and comfortable sofa bed with the mattress topper, small coffee pods available.
