It is located in the countryside, in a small forest cave on the farm Holtan, in Orkland municipality, about 4 kilometres from Svorkmo. The staff cage is equipped with high-speed internet and TV via fiber. The kitchen contains everything a modern kitchen can be expected to have. Great basement apartment with panoramic views of Trondheimsleia and parking. It is fully equipped with a washing machine,dishwasher,stove, combo cabinet and kitchen equipment. In addition, there is a 70 inch TV with chromecast and internet. Private exit to terrace where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood on Hestvika. Guest harbour for boat is a few minutes walk away. The fast boat call is 10 min drive away.It has 3 departures daily to Brekstad,Trondheim and Kristiansund.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

The mirror on the Grautaneset offers a nature experience a little out of the ordinary where you can relax and relax. Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
