Good morning, very pleased with all the services, the cleanliness and the ease of the stay with the kitchen accessories mainly, the location is very good, the flexibility of the person who attended us was excellent, their suggestions for transfer and the access that adjusted to our arrival needs, very grateful!!

great hosts, a lovely family. nice apartment with everything you need. really good location in a mexican neighbourhood, lots of authentic places to eat. only 15 minute walk from centro and jalataco.

With respect to the apartment, everything was excellent, nothing to say, very clean, nice and quiet. Gabriela and her husband are excellent hosts, very attentive, always attentive and supported us in leaving early. I would not hesitate to return.

Excellent option to walk around the center, a very clean place and a very quiet area. Nearby coffee and food options, mini super and market half a block away. Hot water, internet and all the amenities worked smoothly. It will definitely be an option in future trips.

Nohemi's attention was excellent; she was very attentive to everything, she answered very quickly, The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and very clean. Well located, very safe and easy to get around. All excellent

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Prompt response for booking acceptance, in the application it does not specify that the payment is per person and not for the apartment that is for 5 people, that is uncomfortable since it does not have the option to cancel, I suggest they are more specific in the app. And for the. Price doesn't offer the basic amenities.

We enjoyed our month stay at Andre’s…it was a peaceful & pleasant location…the place was clean & very well organized…we took cabs & buses to the historic center about 25 minute journey to the zocalo…there are many shops & restaurants in walking distance…thanks for providing a great place…we especially enjoyed winding down, enjoying the view from the upstairs terrace 😊

An excellent place, I have a baby of 1 year and 7 months who spent it incredible with the spacious spaces of the place, it is full of nature which makes it feel very cozy, the kitchen and living room are very spacious and comfortable.

Our major contact was Abdiel and he was great. We had a driving problem and were arriving much later than expected. He waited outside for us so we were able to locate the property! Also helped with bags (I hurt my shoulder a few days before!).

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

Was my first time giving the rains to book our flight and place to stay. I our my wife was not let down. The flowers and welcome letter were a beautiful surprise. She even helped with other questions on tours and local eateries which we really appreciate. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Oaxaca memorable.

The space i booked had a bonus room and bathroom which ended up being perfect for my friend and i. The balcony joined the 2 rooms so she can access the kitchen and common space. Checking in and out was easy and the on-site manager was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was appropriately responsive on messaging. I had one mishap where the hot water wouldn't run at night (I shower at night). It took 2 attempts to fix but once it was fixed it never was an issue again. ONLY annoyance is climbing the stairs after long days of walking around but honestly, once you get absolutely tired of the walk, you're right there so it's not extremely terrible. Loved staying here!

Location, location, location. This queue department was ideally situated for us. We know Oaxaca well and everywhere we wanted to go was an easy walk away. Probably one of the best places in Oaxaca we have stayed. We probably will try and stay there again.
