Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zaidín

Andre’s place was charming, clean, and spacious. From the outside decks, you could see all of Granada city and gorgeous sunsets. The two bedroom, 2 bath town home is located in Albaicin, one of two old towns in Granada. The first afternoon we got lost multiple times but found magic around every turn. We really did not want to leave. If I could give this rental experience 10 stars, I would. And whoever complained about the hot water availability? We had plenty of hot water to clean bodies, dishes, and clothes.

A lovely property, great communication and instructions from Guillermo. We stayed three nights and were warm and comfortable. The property had everything we needed and surpassed our expectations. I booked early and spent months TRYING to find a better option - I could not because this property hit the sweet spot for every point on the checklist. The location made EVERYTHING walkable. The Alhambra was a beautiful twenty minute stroll away, and February provided very comfortable weather for us. Great options for grocery shopping are just over a five minute walk from the house. The VIEW from the terrace!!! If you like Pink Floyd (I do) the house has every album they ever recorded on CD. Most importantly, the property is authentic and bursting with character and local charm. Did I mention the VIEW? We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Granada.

People must understand it is not easy to access the house in Albaicin village, which we were not aware of it in the beginning. Fortunately, Carolina gave us a very detailed guidance, including and most importantly, the parking assistance. It was really helpful. The most cheerful of the experience was the terrace, which is just facing the palace of Alhambra. We spent a lot of time in the terrace and the conjuncted kitchen.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. Ignacio is a sweetheart! Julia (his daughter ) is very helpful! It was incredible to sit and look up at the Alhambra at all hours, in all kinds of light. DO NOT try to drive here. We made that big mistake and it was very stressful. Take their advice and park at one of the places they suggest and take a taxi. You will pay extra but it’s worth it! Hopefully you don’t have as much stuff as we did. We’re living in Spain for the winter and had to carry it up the different steep streets and steps to get to their house. Take a left at the river street and check out the barrio to the left, away from the masses of people. It’s a more local barrio with live music and not so touristy places. Granada is overrun with tourists these days, so we made it a priority to get away from them. Not easy at all but… we tried. (We were a part of those tourists ) They are everywhere! We were always thankful to escape the masses when we got back here.

A very nice house, it had all the tools to be comfortable. Good welcome from Pilar, she was attentive to help us in anything. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Maybe for six people the space is a little small, it was also equipped for everyone.

Stayed here for 2 nights; the apartment is as charming and clean as the pictures, and the terrace is beautiful! The neighborhood is also awesome. Thanks to Jara for quickly answering the couple questions I had. If you stay here in the winter be prepared for the apartment to be cold even with the heat running.

Fantastic place and location, one of the best AirnBnb experiences I've had. The home was very clean, wonderfully decorated, with amazing views from both bedrooms and the top terrace. Steven (native Eng speaker?) is super friendly, informative. responsive, accommodating. Beautiful walks are through and above the village and in the valley below. Sierra Nevada ski station is a winding 20-25-min drive up the hill. Lots of restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, butcher, small supermarket (with produce) all within a few minutes walking. Huge value for the price. No real downsides, just items to be awara of. The free parking garage nearby has 5 levels and was often near full, so if you have luggage recommend dropping it with your passenger(s) at the entrance to avoid hauling up the stairs. The wood-burning stove is amazing, but the scent could impact you if you're sensitive to it (we loved it). Visited with only my son, but plan to return with other family! This place is a real gem - thanks Steven!

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. I appreciated having a spot to park my motorcycle and let it rest for the stay, the location is ideal to explore the city by walking.

Beautiful apartment, quiet setting in the city center! A real pleasure to be 1 minute from shops, restaurants, tourist attractions... What can I say about the terrace and hot tub? Breakfast on the rooftop, and swimming at the end of the day ... in February. Great. Parking was a concern but it's not far and we were able to exit/enter several times without any problem. A Perfect Stay in Granada – Ideal Location We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Granada! The location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance, from historic sites to charming plazas, and some of the best restaurants were just around the corner. One of the standout features was the secured parking less than a block away. While the parkade is tight (you’ll need a small car), having a safe, designated spot in the heart of the city was a huge bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was well-designed, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals if you wanted to stay in. Every detail had been considered to make the stay comfortable and the patio was lovely. Our host was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions and making check-in seamless. We felt well taken care of throughout and would stay there again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was absolutely lovely—very accommodating, friendly, and understanding, making sure everything was perfect for my visit. The Airbnb itself was great, and the location was super central—perfect for exploring the area. The highlight, though, was definitely the breathtaking view of the Alhambra—it’s on another level of amazing! The only challenge is getting there. It requires at least a 20-minute walk through a hilly path, and while taxis can take you closer, most won’t drive all the way up. If you don’t manage to get a taxi that will take you directly, they’ll usually drop you off about a 3-minute walk away. One small note: if you have allergies, I’d recommend bringing your own towels and sheets. The ones provided were a bit dusty and had that “stored-away” smell. That being said, the location, view, and overall experience make it all worth it. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Nice, clean place. Very responsive host managing other locations too. Great location, near the entrance to Alhambra palace and heart of Granada shopping and eating places. One flight of steps before getting into an elevator. Will recommend.

Ivan is a very attentive and flexible host. The apartment is an old palace that they are renovating themselves with a lot of style and affection. We were going to ski in Sierra Nevada and the location was a luxury, everything was highly recommended.

Amazing apartment with balcony and views of the Alhambra. Great location in the middle of it all. Javier was a great host. The day we arrived, he came to meet us on the street and guided us through the narrow chaotic streets of Albayacin. We will definitely come back when we return to Granada!

OUTSTANDING! This Airbnb is a gem of Granada. Great location and VERY VERY QUIET! This is important to us! A short walk to all sightseeing and places to eat. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The apartment was fantastic for the two of us. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Federico met us and helped us park when we arrived. He is an outstanding host!
