Our stay was exceptional! (we traveled as a family) The accommodation was impeccable, the style is very nice and the location is very good and central, there are many places to eat nearby and you can walk to them. Fan was super attentive, and gave us great local recommendations. We really liked the room, it's spacious and nice. The bathroom is very comfortable and the closet has plenty of space to accommodate luggage and hang clothes. I had read that the mattress was not so comfortable and had a slope, but apparently they changed it, because my parents told me that it was super comfortable and that they slept excellently. The air conditioning is definitely a plus. We loved it! We'll definitely be back!

Raúl's accommodation matches the photos perfectly, the house is old but you can tell that they have made an effort to adapt it. Raúl was always attentive to our stay. It has a kitchen with everything you need in case you want to cook. In our case, we went with our son and we were able to use the sink to clean his cups. You feel right at home. Other positive points are that it has a closed garage and is two blocks away from the basilica. We'll be back to stay at your place again.

The stay was excellent. The host was always attentive and responded quickly to all our doubts. The place is very safe, quiet and without noise, in addition to being very close to everything, especially the center. Everything was very clean and the service was spotless. The cleaning person is very friendly. Highly recommended

We had such a great time staying at Casa Hope with Esperanza during La Feria de San Marcos!! Esperanza was very tentative to all our needs and request. Made our stay feel relaxing! Location of Casa Hope is walking distance of La Feria De San Marcos and very convenient. I highly recommend to anyone who is visiting during La Feria or for vacation! We will be returning!!
