Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Schrijvershuisje/ holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading holiday. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. If you don't want all this, enjoy the peace, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cosy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. N/A : from July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to free/sitting.

Energy-neutrally cozy vacation

Cabin, homemade in 2020. Mostly with recycled materials. There's no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the ridge have remained nice in sight, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been processed in the ridge. The old yellow lumps from that farm form the terrace, along with the tiles from the basement. As a surprise, husband and love for Karin has made a heart in the terrace! All in all a great place to spend time

This lovingly refurbished cottage sits in the middle of the Dutch polder landscape. With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. The cottage features a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast(is present). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy porch; nice to have breakfast, eat or read a book. The garden has several cozy nooks to sit in. If you come by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Our old farmhouse has a large stable whose backside has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature which will immediately give a wonderful holiday feeling. Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
