This is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful area with a nice quiet pool and the amazing beaches are a short walk away.

The place is a haven of Peace, this is my second time visiting and will continue to visit. You have it all, beautiful and private beach, huge pool, but above all the atmosphere of peace and quiet is indescribable. If you are looking to disconnect from the daily live and be in a haven of elegant peace and total privacy., this is the place

Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

Fransheska's condo was exactly as described and pictured, very clean and well stocked! The kitchen had all of the necessary items, spices, etc to cook a meal easily! Bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper as wells as shampoo, conditioner and soap! The condo had beach chairs, bags, sunscreen, coolers, speaker, towels, etc; basically everything that you need for any adventure! Fransheska was super responsive with any questions we had and sent very clear instructions the week of about parking and getting to the condo to clear up any confusion! The beach is just a few steps away as well as the pool, you can see both from the patio. The condo felt very safe and secure and the property was very quiet and peaceful! We would absolutely recommend to stay!

This was the 2nd time I stayed at Carlos's condo and we had a great stay again. The condo is great for larger groups with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The common areas are nice with plenty of room to relax inside or outside on the balcony. My favorite part of this place is the location. It's a very short walk to a beautiful and clean beach that feels like you have your own private beach. On the weekend there was more activity but during the week there were hardly any other people on the beach. And the condo complex is very quiet. You definitely want to rent a car but it's within an hour of activities like El Yunque or the Ceiba ferry terminal. And within an hour of Old San Juan and the airport. Carlos is a great host and always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I will definitely stay here again when visiting one of my favorite places in the world.

I am really not sure why I have never vacationed in Puerto Rico before but it was absolutely beautiful! I will be returning 100% and would stay here again hands down. It had everything we needed, a quick walk to the beach, a clean and private beach, friendly people and what a view!!! We had an absolute amazing time. Cookie and Enrique’s place was perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean, and it was clear that the host puts a lot of care into maintaining the space. Communication was top-notch; our host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was ice cold—such a relief after a day in the sun! The modern amenities were a huge plus, and the spacious master bathroom with dual showerheads was a real treat. We were especially impressed with all the beach gear and recreational equipment available—boogie boards, beach chairs, and more, which made our beach days so much easier. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which was great for nights when we decided to dine in. Overall, we highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Puerto Rico. It was the perfect home base for our vacation!

This is a stunning location right on the beach and near so much to do. We visited with our two kids (9 and 6 years) and we all had so much fun at the pool, the beach, the basketball and tennis courts and relaxing on the decks. Loved the windows in the main bedroom looked out over the ocean and you can hear the waves in the morning. So peaceful!

This was our second time returning to this Airbnb. It’s a perfect place to stay with kids. The solimar condo complex is a wonderful location with a gated pool and beach access across the street from the property through a locked gate. There is 24/7 security to allow residents and guests in and out of the property. Our airbnb was clean, comfortable and had an ample amount of extra towels, linens and beach gear. There’s a small playground in the shared backyard off of the patio where our kids played while we enjoyed our morning coffee. The patio also has an enclosed outdoor shower. This is a quiet neighborhood and perfect for having a relaxing vacation. We would definitely come back!

This is a great stat! We had a group of 10. This house is about 40-45 mins from San Juan Airport. 10-15 mins to the Liquillo beach & food / bars. The house itself has a nice large size kitchen & livingroom area. We got groceries about 15 mins away. It was quite windy, (typical for PR in February), but just be prepared as the wind howls at night. It didn’t bother us & it kept the bugs away. The pool was very clean, it was a little cool for us, so we didn’t swim much, but maybe the managers could have turned it up (I didn’t ask, so that’s on me). The area going out to the ocean is very swallow ( like knee deep) for a long distance, we tried to walk out there and went quite far, but the ocean floor is very uneven, so it is not easy walking & it is very weedy. This is not an issue of the house, but rather if you think you are going swimming / snorkeling out there, it’s not really that kind of ocean area, more for looking. The managers are great & they were extremely helpful & responsive.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! Our family had the best experience and plan on coming back in the future. The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor/outdoor seating was very useful for our group of 7 adults. We did not realize how much we would enjoy the swimming pool but that ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. There was an unexpected wifi outage in the area and the hosts were extremely helpful and kept us in loop of the repairs. The location is perfect to just enjoy the ocean, go down to the ferry to visit Vieques for the bio-luminescent bay, short drive to the hiking in the mountain and visitor center or just visit some of the yummy local restaurants.

For a family - this place is true paradise. Every morning our daughter could run out and play on the grass in the sunshine- ride the slide, swing, and meet other children in the common area to play. Priceless the way these homes are setup if you like to sit outside in the beautiful weather and enjoy outdoor living. The home was nice and well kept, the property managers were very communicative and helpful. There were some maintenance quirks which I think is to be expected in Puerto Rico overall. The owner brought us fresh pastries for our trouble and handled the issue swiftly and amazingly. We were trying to extend our stay we loved this home so much (but sadly it was booked). We loved this place and we will be back to this area (best swimming beach in PR within 5 minute drive!!!)

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place had all the kitchen supplies I needed and an impressive selection of beach gear—everything you could imagine. The backyard was excellent, and the proximity to the beaches made it even better. I happily gave it 5 stars! The host was also friendly and very responsive. That said, I have to admit that the property could use some renovation, and some repairs were actually completed during my stay. The only issue I encountered was with a neighbor on the opposite side of the backyard. She got very upset when I asked her to lower the music after 11 PM and rudely told my family to leave Puerto Rico. Fortunately, she didn’t seem to live there permanently and was only around for a day, so it wasn’t a major problem. For me, the best part was the beautifully enclosed property and the fact that a stunning beach was just a five-minute walk away.

Beautiful backyard with plenty of space and the amazing blue/green waters are right there! The house itself has authentic charm. Truly integrated into the local community, friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops. Quick drive to Old San Juan and the rain forest is literally minutes away with views from the house. Explored 3 different beaches and all were stunning...small one literally accessible from the property by climbing down a few rocks to the beach area. Bertha was very helpful with suggestions and responsive when we had questions.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was everything we expected it to be. Short walk to the beach, pool just in the backyard. The villa was extremely clean and well taken care of. Karina and Kathy were very quick to respond to all questions! We really couldn’t have asked for a better place or host!

We will absolutely be coming back! Felt right at home! Great location. Close to things without feeling like you are. Loved that you could hear the waves at night and the beach being just steps away. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Having a washer and dryer was a life saver. I've had some bad experiences in the past with PR condos (mold, stuffy rooms that seems like they haven't been aired out in months) This experience was nothing like that. Absolutely fantastic spot.

This condo is super! The grounds are lovely, the pool, the beach….amazing. You will definitely need a car to stay here. The balcony is lovely and we spent every morning and evening out there. David and Anthony were very responsive when we asked for recommendations. It’s only 15 minutes from El Yunque! Everything was awesome. It is super clean and lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family! Exceeded expectations. Our kids loved the place and plenty of room to be comfortable. Very peaceful and secure location right on the ocean. Just a short drive to the National Rain forest. Conveniently located in a friendly community. Worth the stay! Also, Cindy is a great host. She is super responsive and helpful.

Very convenient, especially if traveling with kids. Juan made it especially easy for us to have our first trip with our five month old. He accessed a Pack N Play and bought a new sheet for us! The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a few hundred yards away. My five year old was so excited about the beach toys available for him to play with and my husband and I were happy with the beach chairs and cooler. The house was equipped with just enough that we needed. Everything we needed beyond the apartment was close by as well. I would definitely return :-)
