Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Zell am See

We had a lovely week skiing and staying in this apartment. Lots of space and comfortable stylish furniture. We all loved it.

Our stay there was super nice and enjoyable.

Lovely place on a top spot. My family very much enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. The owner was responsive and helpful.

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

It is a 3 floor building, it is difficult for old people to go up all the time, and hard to bring the bags up. In general, it is very clean and nice with nice srroundings. 2 bedrooms do not have air condition. It is 5 star for sure. Everything you can think about is there.

Great place for a skiing week.

Very centrally located. 7 minutes walk to valley station De Achter Jet. Here, there are also 2 Intersport shops. Intersport Arena sits right next to the Achter Jet gondola. The other Intersport (Intersport am Jet) is 50 meters away. At both locations you can rent ski equipment and also have ski depots at both and both close to the gondola. The Mpreis is also something of 8 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Spar and the baker are further. At Mpreis also fresh rolls but opens from 8 a.m. The bakery from 6 a.m. but is a fifteen-minute walk. The apartment itself is ideal. 2 rooms separated by a hall. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub with shower and the other with shower cabin. Both also a toilete. Not very modern but a small dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster. Good Wifi. Really wonderful beds. In short, with all the comforts! Around balcony,no part slope view in afternoon sun

The place was perfect for our snowboard weekend. Everything necessary is available in the apartment and the location is also great. Ski bus stops right in front of the house. You can reach the gondola in 5 minutes.

We stayed in Neukirchen for a week in January. The apartment: Was just like the photos and description. Perfect place for a relaxing evening on the couch or armchair. The sitting area invites you to eat and play games with a large table. It was particularly good and liked the ski cellar with ski boot heating. Everything's great! About the location: The location of the apartment was really great, the ski lift (the gondola to the middle and mountain station) can be reached in a minute's walk. The Billa is right next door, we also loved. Thank you for a great holiday! 😀

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

super house well insulated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are a bit on the hard side or a little saggy. But for a week, neatly tidied up, of everything present sled or games. Close to the slopes and easy to drive to. Next to the house also a slope. Nice for the kids to see. Easy parking. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. you could also wash yourself. was a nice week thank you!

A smaller, cozy apartment in a great location matched the photos and description. We found everything we needed in the amenities for those few days of stay. No problem with parking. Very slow internet in the evening. Probably too many connected guests after they returned from skiing or hiking.

Very nice quaint cabin on the slopes secluded in the forest and very nice, helpful hosts - we were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

We had a fantastic weekend at Uschi's cabin! The location was simply fantastic – in the middle of nature including a magnificent mountain panorama. The cabin itself is very spacious, both in terms of amenities and in terms of space. We have already rented some cabins, but this one was by far the most spacious and all in all very cozy and welcoming. Communication with Uschi was also smooth and uncomplicated. Therefore, we can only recommend a stay here and would rent the cabin again at any time should we hike in the area.

The ideal accommodation for all winter sports enthusiasts! Great accommodation with everything you need - right on the slopes! Loved it a lot! Only the communication about check-in was not so easy at the beginning and the TV unfortunately did not work. Since there was hardly any cell phone reception there anyway - pure digital detox.

We had a nice stay with Katharina. The house matched the description entirely. Great view and nice and spacious. big enough for our group of 9 people. The house is old but extremely well cleaned and nothing is "dirty". We took the drive to it in winter but we didn't need our snow chains in the end because it was snow-free, I think that if it snowed you really need them. the house is fully equipped with basically everything you might need.

Comfortable accommodation for one family, privacy, perfect to listen to your music through quality speakers in the cottage, great coffee machine as we are coffee drinkers, sauna top. Great view! The only problem is the snow in February, which the owner can't.

The wooden house was a really great place to stay! You feel comfortable: pleasant atmosphere, cozy beds and rooms, everything clean and great amenities. The sauna in the garden is also great! The wooden house is truly a recommendation! Thanks Annette
