Holiday rentals with a pool in Zeta trece

Nice stay with the families. The house was perfect for our needs and the kids loved the pool! We saw toucans there:) Jonathan was very welcoming, he responded very quickly. A very nice stay. We highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! It is only about 10mins from the Main Street in La Fortuna. You are away from the noise and tourists but close enough to everything. There is a small market just down the street that has just about everything you need. We loved the serene atmosphere and beautiful landscape. Max, the onsite manager greeted us with a smile and fresh eggs from the farm. My kids loved going inside the farm to meet the chickens, cow and sheep. It’s truly a lively place to stay and Max is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t regret booking this property! Thank you for everything!!!

The location is ideal for exploring the area, with everything you need – including restaurants and amenities – within easy reach. The apartment matches the description perfectly. Nora was amazing, addressing all our questions and concerns swiftly and professionally. The pool was a much-needed relief from the afternoon heat. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing house. Even nicer than the photos. Gorgeous view of Arenal from the top deck. Lovely pool. It was a super relaxing visit. The AC units are only in the bedrooms but this was not a problem at all and my husband is very much an AC person. We had fans going and the AC from the bedrooms came into the living room, so it was very comfortable and cool. Great internet. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much, close to town, couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much Sindy!!!

We loved staying at JJs place! Fabulous setting with big open green spaces for the kids to play and amazing views of the volcano. The kids had a blast in the pool and it was fun to cook in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Highly recommend JJs place to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend both of the nearby sodas for a delicious and authentic meal. The beds were comfy, and one of the bathrooms was wheelchair accessible. The kitchen was well-appointed, with coffee provided. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evenings.

We had a great stay at Rachel & Luis’ home, it is very comfortable with a beautiful garden area to relax in. Close enough to town to walk, but away from the noise. Would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Excellent place, loved it and I would go back to the place, many things to do in the area. Nicer than the photos , a little tricky to arrive if you travel at night but the place is wonderful

Tanyia and Rod are truly the most kind and welcoming hosts with the most beautiful property. It was the most lovely stay, so calm and beautiful, a true oasis of a home. The air bnb has everything you would need in terms of livability, such as kitchen tools and cooking essentials along with being beautifully clean and comfortable in every way. Would highly recommend staying at any of Tanyia and Rods homes :)

Excellent place, comfortable and quiet, a little away from the city, a vehicle is necessary. Cristian is a genius.

We felt very safe at Cristian’s lovely home and really liked the secure, guarded entrance to the property. our host greeted us with a warm smile and welcome and showed us around our room. The pool with waterfall is lovely and was perfect to cool off on the hot days. He was present and available, but not hovering or invasive. He provided Italian coffee and did two loads of laundry for us on two separate occasions, at no cost! (Other Airbnb‘s we stayed at on this trip wanted to charge $20 per load, but Cristian did it for free and with a smile.) Close enough to town to get there in less than five minutes, but much quieter than the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. Even though the kitchenette was small, we made breakfast every day (cooked eggs and cut up fruit.) Google TV was great and we were able to log into our apps easily. We appreciated that there were lots of outlets, both sides of the bed had two which was great to charge our devices. We stayed for five nights, 5 stars!

Allan and Isabella were so welcoming and helpful - meeting us to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived and helping us with extra requests - Isabella even came over to help when the oven fuse went on Christmas Day, halfway through cooking our dinner! The house itself is even better than the photos and the location is great. Chachagua has a great little bakery and a butcher and is 20 minutes from la fortuna and all the adventures and amenities there. Wonderful stay for our multigenerational family!

The place is as described and the photos are true to what is real. The place is clean, quiet and well equipped. The TV, internet, AC, water all worked well. The only thing to improve: the beds (mattress) a little hard but it is more subjective. Upon arrival we could not access the keys but the host resolved us immediately when we contacted him. Hence getting around Monteverde or La Fortuna by vehicle is relatively close (45 min +/-). All good and recommended.
