The place is beautiful, Coco is a love of person and is attentive to what you need, it is a place where there is privacy and peace, you feel at home , we will definitely return

It is a nice place, easy access to the beach and good to enjoy the sea, I went in low season so after 6 a lot the flow of people, restaurants close, the pool is not heated so on winter date it is not enjoyed, it does not have internet in the rooms so if you appreciate having cable on the screens unfortunately during our stay we did not have technical faults, but still consider conventional antennas to have signal when it happens. The area is super great but if you go to Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo either for a walk or for shopping the return passas by military inspection area, it can be a good thing but the vdd makes it very nervous to go by every time. I will definitely return, Arturo is very attentive and kind. Thank you

Ken and Luisa are wonderful hosts. You are made to feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. The place is exactly as pictured. Everything is exceptionally clean and you have everything that you need in the casita. The terrace and pools as well as the entire place is just beautiful. The beach is all but deserted so it is like you have the whole beach to yourself. It is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation and I will certainly return again. The complex is beautiful, the villa is exceptional, it is more beautiful than the photos, very clean, quite quiet, the staff is super friendly, they are attentive to solve any questions, Pablo is an excellent host, undoubtedly my favorite place for my next vacation.

Kohely was so helpful and responsive during my stay. The space is simple and comfortable - comfy bed and AC. The wifi was great for work meetings. Beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay, Thank you!

Great place right on the beach- private ,peaceful for long walks on the beach to unwind . Laura the host was quick to respond and take care of any situation that came up.

Excellent place, very good location near the hotel area, very cozy place. The house is very spacious for 4 people and you can be quietly inside and outside the house enjoying the pool which is very clean.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Super apartment. Everything in excellent condition. The best location in Ixtapa with an amazing view. Very good option to enjoy and relax.

The condo was as described with full kitchen appliances - especially the fridge, gas stove top, air fry/ toaster oven, and king size bed, a/c, open washroom with linens and closet space, and access to a pool on the floor above. We appreciated a warm welcome and access to the pool and deck overlooking the bay on hot afternoons as we did not have our own balcony. We got used to the stairs (85 down or 100 up) and the walk to downtown, avoided bats in the vicinity, and were happy to access combis - public transport vans - when needed, or taxis. Nice to be off the beaten path in La Noria neighborhood but close enough to take in the downtown and beaches within 15 minutes walk. We were able to relax and feel at home for three warm weeks!

you can't get a more picturesque place the sunsets are incredible the pool refreshing and the ocean relaxing Wilson and his family are awesome took us to get supplies kept house very tidy if your thinking about staying here my suggestion is go for it you won't be disappointed will probably return ther is a little resturant right down the beach that serves breakfast lunch and diner that was very good and there's a little town about a 5 to 6 minute drive were you can be like a local and swim in lagoon or have lunch great place highly recommend

This was a beautiful place to stay everything looked like just like in the pictures. Beautiful view with great swimming pools and a very inexpensive restaurant with great food as well I definetly recommend this place.

The place is beautiful perfect for rest, a lot of privacy, the people are super attentive, everything is very clean. We will definitely be back is a magical place. Only the internet fails a little bit and there is no phone signal but you won't really need it 🫶🏼

It was a pleasant stay, the care of Irving, Azucena and Isabel was great. And Marcelo with Claudia as hosts 10/10, it's safe to come back !!

The villa is very nice, it is located in a set of villas with a very nice common area and in excellent condition, the view from all the windows of the house is very beautiful

Joan’s condo was everything we expected. The place was clean and well kept up. Everything worked from the TV to the AC and you can’t beat the location! Right on the beach and right across from the shopping and restaurants. For the most part the property is generally quiet and not overcrowded. And you can’t beat Joan! We had issues with our flights and she did all she could do to accommodate us!

I would definitely come back, place exactly as described, something important the air conditioning is included in the cost that in other houses not, the very spacious bedrooms and the beds very comfortable, really if you want to get away from the noise and bustle of the city and enjoy a few quiet days, this is the perfect place.

Colleen has perfected tranquility in the best beach house ever! If you want to get away from the busyness and have an opportunity to be restored by the sea, walks on an isolated beach…This is it! Well thought out amenities for comfort, cooking, sleeping and quality showers….Just a few steps away to the ocean. One step out the front door, sitting in hammocks provided… we saw whales, dolphins and so many birds, Audubon would have called this a birder’s heaven! Your contact person Dario was super! We felt safe and we will be back! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

The casita was charming and comfortable. We stayed care for 1 month and had everything needed for our stay. I was sick for the last two weeks and Alison, her dad Al and the housekeeper were diligent in providing for my care and safety. We had many great meals with Al and we consider him and his daughter to now be great friends of ours. 1 block to the beach and great restaurants some with live music. We loved being surrounded with lots of mature tropical trees and plants. We were 5 steps to the pool. The housekeeper did a great job of keeping the casita spotless.
