Holiday rentals with beach access in Zinnowitz

We had a very nice long weekend in Ahoi Marie: the apartment is nice and perfect size for a couple. The balcony on the water is perfect to enjoy the tranquillity and nature of the area! Paul is very friendly and kindly satisfied all our requests. Thanks Paul and Marie for such nice experience on the Baltic Sea!

Great location, literally a few steps to the sea, access to all the necessary and necessary things, like silverware plates, a vacuum cleaner, etc. (with a small child, it's really a must-have🙈) and a nice host. We highly recommend it, it will be nice to come back again someday. Thank you and best regards

An apartment that matches the photos. Perfect location, close to everything. It's clean and there's everything you need. A beautiful view from the windows and balconies that we will miss. Great communication with the owner and Daria. Parking on the premises at no extra charge. Most importantly, you can bring a dog. Big plus for flexible check-in and checkout times. In one opinion, we sincerely recommend .

The apartment was very nicely decorated and everything was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable and exactly what I needed to switch off. Communication was always good and everything worked smoothly. :) I'd love to come back as a guest!

The place was very easy to reach and check-in was well organized. The equipment is perfect, everything we needed for 3 great relaxing days at the Usedom. Particularly noteworthy is the bedroom under the roof, spacious and very good bed with excellent mattresses and everything wonderfully clean. Thanks a bunch

Nice - I chose this place because of traveling with a dog. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, I only saw two and therefore that didn't stand out at all. The construction is super new and the apartment looks nicer than on the pictures; especially the kitchen is extremely high quality, not as blue as pictured. Everything is available and four of them. Great to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, beach chairs and more at this place, which I never thought. The underfloor heating keeps everything nice and warm in winter, a well furnished balcony with green views is great for relaxing. Within walking distance it is one block to the sea, parking (paid) is in front of the house and the area is pleasantly quiet. There are some small cafes nearby, but you should take the car or plan a good walk to the promenade with more action. Especially like me in winter. I would come back, such a clean accommodation is too rare. THANK YOU to the Balltic team.

We had a wonderful vacation at Michael's and were able to relax wonderfully. Super location to the Baltic Sea and very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Michael and Yvonne were great hosts and always responsive and very helpful! We'd love to come back any time!!! Thanks for the wonderful New Year's with you!

We had a very nice stay at the place. There are plenty of bedrooms, perfect for a large group! One of the three bathrooms is outside the house, so there were sometimes short waits for the remaining two bathrooms. The sauna, hot tub and game room are really great. There are many opportunities for activities. In the game room, some things were worn out, so you couldn't use everything. The firewood for the sauna and pool was not completely dry, so we had difficulty heating it up. It took longer, but when it worked out, it was wonderful! Finally, it should only be noted that the check-out time is quite early. Overall, our stay was super nice and we will be happy to come back to the lovingly furnished house.😊

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay We had a wonderful time in this apartment! We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness – everything was absolutely spotless and well maintained. You immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. No traffic noise, no hustle and bustle – just pure relaxation. Nevertheless, shops are easily accessible, baker in the village and discounter in the next village. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable beds, and everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable. Parking is right outside the property. Special praise goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gives great tips for the area and makes you feel welcome. We can fully recommend this apartment!

Very nice and cozy house with everything you need . From any dishes to spices ,oils, etc . The location of the house is great , quiet ,close to the forest . And the house itself is incredibly beautiful , I did not see such a beautiful living room and kitchen . Everything is clean and tidy. My friends and I were satisfied . A very good host who is always available and helps to resolve any issue . Everything is clear and clear . Thank you for such a nice time in the house and I recommend it to everyone from the heart.💕

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

Really only recommended! Beautiful, clean house with spacious living and dining area, great rooms and a fireplace in addition to a sauna - what more could you ask for? Very nice hosts on top of that! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the vacation home very much! We stayed there over an extended weekend with four adults and two small children and felt very comfortable. It was spacious, child-friendly, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our highlight was the fireplace. The beach was a 3-minute walk away. Lubmin is perfect for a short trip. There was a playground, small cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and of course the beautiful beach. We have already booked again for next year! The only thing that would make it perfect would be a small grill.

Great place to stay,lovely quiet area. Everything you needed was available in the house,everything very clean. Far from the crowds and yet Within 25 minutes ,right on the Baltic Sea. Pure relaxation. Communication 1A! We would stop here again right away. Best regards and keep it up

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

Thank you Dominik for this lovely place. It is truly a very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Very clean and lovingly furnished. But the sauna and the fireplace were really the icing on the cake. Very nice and quiet surroundings and your courteous manner and helpfulness is really great. We will be happy to come back...

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

We had a relaxing holiday here in a well-kept accommodation. The location is very idyllic. Access via key box without problems and parking space directly in front of the apartment. The beach is right around the corner and not as busy as other sections. Very happy again 😊

Very friendly, considerate hosts. The homemade currant jelly was delicious and we were able to enjoy breakfast in the beach chair for 6 days in super weather. The car is not needed. Usedom explored by bike (great tips through flyers and 2 beautiful books with favorite places on Usedom were in the apartment) Parking right in front of the door Bicycles safely accommodated. Great amenities in the apartment, nothing was missing. Although we had 30 degrees the apartment was cool!Very pleasant for sleeping and nice and quiet. Shopping a few minutes by bike. The Rewemarkt extremely good sortiert.Strand/Promenade in 5 minutes by bike (E-bike) accessible. Movie screen on the beach - great restaurants/cafe/bike paths/music everywhere varied/sweet little shops. Great vacation with Enrico and his family. THANK YOU!!
