Holiday rentals with beach access in Zirchow

We had a very nice long weekend in Ahoi Marie: the apartment is nice and perfect size for a couple. The balcony on the water is perfect to enjoy the tranquillity and nature of the area! Paul is very friendly and kindly satisfied all our requests. Thanks Paul and Marie for such nice experience on the Baltic Sea!

Great location, literally a few steps to the sea, access to all the necessary and necessary things, like silverware plates, a vacuum cleaner, etc. (with a small child, it's really a must-have🙈) and a nice host. We highly recommend it, it will be nice to come back again someday. Thank you and best regards

The apartment is located in a very nice environment.

We spent a week at Villa Groth. The booking was straightforward, and we received all the necessary information in advance for check-in and reservation of the parking space. Check-in was very quick, so we had the keys right after we arrived. The house are beautifully modernized and furnished. We immediately felt at home. The villa is very close to the beach, and there are many good restaurants in the area. Therefore, meals are not a problem. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We highly recommend the place. It was a lovely stay, and we will definitely book a place from OSTKüSTE again.

We had a lovely stay! The location was great (close to the beach, and we liked the Sellin very much!), we were warmly welcomed & there was also a small welcome sparkling wine. Cleanliness was great, unfortunately the bed was very well laid out on one side. Wifi was away by the hour... From the balcony you had a beautiful sea view (unfortunately somewhat adjusted by a construction site, but fortunately was hardly disturbing). Thanks to the location and good amenities we would definitely visit again :)

We are not in this apartment for the first time and are therefore always coming back because we find the accommodation great for our clients, because the communication with Dan works best because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent out with a dog, but we vacuum and mop every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a top apartment and is a top landlord. 👍We'd love to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August at the beginning of September. 👍❤️

The apartment is beautiful! We felt like at home straight away! Communication and check-in was absolutely hassle-free! We booked spontaneously and were able to get into the apartment without any problems. It was super clean! The entire complex is very well maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! The view of the ocean is really beautiful! You can hear the waves at night, which we particularly liked. It takes less than 2 minutes and you are at the beach. Again, everything is very clean. The sunsets there are beautiful! In the vicinity you can eat very well. Overall, it was a really great stay! We will be happy to come back! The apartment is definitely recommended!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Glückspilz for a week in February 2025. The apartment corresponded to the descriptions in all: the kitchen was sufficiently equipped for small meals with pots and pans and there were more than enough dishes available. The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. We have never found the fact that the apartment is located on the side facing away from the sea. The location of the house right on the beach promenade is really impressive! Overall, the apartment was very quiet, reasonably clean and offered us cozy comfort after the often very cold walks. Together with the possibility to use a sauna for a fee of €9 and €2/€3 washer / dryer in the basement and the really great on-site support (Fr. Ehlers / apartment management), the holiday apartment in Villa Glückspilz is a clear recommendation for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay at the place. There are a lot of bedrooms, perfect for a large group! One of the three bathrooms is outside the house, so there were sometimes short waiting times for the remaining two bathrooms. The sauna, hot tub and game room are really great. There are many opportunities for activities. In the game room, some things were worn, so you couldn't use everything. The firewood for sauna and pool was not completely dry, so we had trouble heating up. It took longer, but when it worked out, it was wonderful! Last but not least, it should be noted that the check out time is quite early. Overall, however, our stay was super nice and we would be happy to come back to the lovingly furnished house.😊

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

The stay was very nice. The house was really very clean and we felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach. With our dog, we walked on the beach several times a day and enjoyed the fresh sea air. Iwona was also very friendly and always available. Thank you for everything and best regards 😊

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay We had a wonderful time in this apartment! We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness – everything was absolutely spotless and well maintained. You feel right at home. The location is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. No traffic noise, no hustle and bustle – just pure relaxation. Nevertheless, shopping facilities are easily accessible, baker in the village and discount stores in the next village. The facility also leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable beds, and everything has been thought of to make your stay enjoyable. Parking is right in front of the property. Special praise goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gives great tips in the area and makes you feel welcome. We can fully recommend this apartment!

Very nice and cozy house with everything you need . From any dishes to spices ,oils, etc . The location of the house is great , quiet ,close to the forest . And the house itself is incredibly beautiful , I did not see such a beautiful living room and kitchen . Everything is clean and tidy. My friends and I were satisfied . A very good host who is always available and helps to resolve any issue . Everything is clear and clear . Thank you for such a nice time in the house and I recommend it to everyone from the heart.💕

We spent a week in the beautiful accommodation as a family with four children. It was all there and really sparkling clean. I'm very fussy about that. The amenities are great. And there was even all the consumables like toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Also great that there was some fruit and water ready. We thank you very much for this and can only recommend the accommodation. Oh and if you don't like crowds like us, October is probably well suited...the beautiful beach is only a little visited. We even walked to Rewal along the beach. Beautiful!

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

We enjoyed the cottage very much! We stayed there for an extended weekend with four adults and two small children and felt very comfortable. It was spacious, child-friendly, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our highlight was the fire. The beach was a 3-minute walk away. Lubmin is perfect for a short trip. There was a playground, small cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and of course the beautiful beach. We booked right back for next year! The only thing that would make it perfect would be a small grill.

But the sauna and the fireplace were really the cherry on the cake. Very nice and quiet environment and your accommodating manner and helpfulness is really great. We will be happy to come back...

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

Klaus' apartment is very quiet. You can't hear anything, a dream. You can reach the beach in three minutes I think I've never had such a clean accommodation, here I really express huge praise... the apartment is in great condition and it's just EVERYTHING you need. From the garage, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment, which is also a very comfortable plus. I'd love to come back and thank you for the stay.

Very friendly ,considerate hosts. The homemade currant jelly was delicious and we were able to enjoy breakfast in the beach chair for 6 days in great weather. The car does not need. Usedom explores with the bikes (great tips through flyers and 2 beautiful books with favorite places on Usedom were in the apartment)Parking right outside the door bicycles safely accommodated. Great amenities in the apartment,there was nothing missing. Although we had 30 degrees, the apartment was cool!Very pleasant for sleeping and nice and quiet. Shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by bike. The Rewemarkt is extremely easy to reach sortiert.Strand/Promenade in 5 minutes by bike. Cinema screen on the beach great restaurants/cafe/bike paths/music everywhere varied/cute little shops. Great vacation with Enrico and his family. DANKESCHÖN!!

The location was very good, a lot was within walking distance. The underground parking space was nice and wide. The apartment was comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. Only toilet paper could have been a little more.

Communication was flawless and questions were answered promptly. The accommodation is also impeccable - gladly again!
