If we could give 6 six stars we would. The accommodation is excellent and the surrounding are stunning. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

We went 7 friends and were very comfortable

Our stay was wonderful, we had a great time. The photos match perfectly with the house, and there is everything for long stays (kitchen, dishes, mugs, etc.) and electric heaters that we served in the living room because it was very large and did not heat up completely, but the rooms remained warm. In addition, there was a barbecue and children's games area that made our stay even more beautiful. We also thank Donatella for guiding us home and being helpful and for giving us excellent advice.

It’s a really cute place, convenient to the center, Mercato Albinelli, and to the perimeter of Modena. Roberto responded right away for answers to any questions we had. The apartment has everything—we cooked dinner there every night.

Paola's place is very cosy, feeling like home at her place. Clean place, very nice yard, a lot of space and close to center, by bus or by food like 25min. I highly recommend this place and Paola was very helpful and friendly with us. Thanks a lot! we had a great time at your place!

Very nice villa, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Thanks to Paul for his valuable advice, recommendations, and instructions sent in advance. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the location of this villa.

We rented both houses. There was a pool with a garden for our own use. Mountain view, quiet, wonderful. 550 meters to a shop and a small diner with local food. It's really a lovely little country. Clean, updated homes. You can see the owner takes care of guests. We had nice refreshments waiting for us. If someone is looking for entertainment, unfortunately not in this town. The only downside of the house is the temperature, despite the open shutters, we woke up at night Layout of houses: In one house (the one with a balcony), there is a living room with a bathroom on the ground floor, then there is a kitchen and a room with a bunk bed and a double bed on the next floor: the third ( unfortunately there is no door and wall, open space) and the double bed in this bedroom was the warmest. The second house has two floors ( this house with access to the garden and pool): on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. These bedrooms were warm too. It was manageable (the temperatures were outside at about 34/36 degrees).

We couldn't have found a better host in a better location. The host, his father and their interpreter went above and beyond and we made an instant connection with them. We felt right at home in Le Cassette. The location is amazing, especially if you like hiking. The house is perfection. The host and his father are carpenters and the house showcases their skills. Having the use of their Panda 4x4 is a really nice touch and a great experience driving up and down the mountain. We'll definitely be coming back sometime again and will certainly spread the word about their beautiful place in the mountains.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore Bologna. The decor is a perfect blend of old and new, creating a charming, cozy and warm atmosphere. The apartment was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the views from the windows were stunning. All the facilities were excellent,both in the kitchen and bathroom.
