The apartment is spacious, sufficiently equipped, has a beautiful view, you can see unforgettable sunsets, the atmosphere is also quiet, the condominium is mostly families, close to the beach, with multiple options, a few meters away you can find fishermen who sell the day's catch at a good price, across the street you can find some legendary egg arepas, you also have supermarkets very close to stock up, as well as a wide range of restaurants nearby in Zazue, excellent location to enjoy mornings or afternoons on the beach, also easily connected by the Caribbean highway, excellent destination, highly recommended, we had a great time as a family!

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

I suggest and if it is possible to try to get a little closer to the tents of the beach house and for future travelers, when they walk towards these tents do it by the seaside. We thought the apartment was super complete. We loved the decor, the comfort of the beds, and all the kitchen utensils. In addition to the Smartv TVs and air conditioners running perfectly and very modern. How we recommend we have 2 points that compared to other Airbnb's we think could improve: 1. Glass glasses are not of a very good quality and it is scary to use them. For example, the one we use is damaged when washing the sponge. And I think that for the cost we paid for the apartment, those utensils could be better or, failing that, in the case of damage, they are not charged separately. 2. Just as you have enough body soap for the stay, a shampoo and toilet paper could also be included. In our case we were coming by plane, it's hard to be buying and loading with toilet paper and shampoo. As I say, the above recommendations are compared to other Airbnb's that we've been to Samaria. We'll be back, 5 stars.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

it was a good spot to hang out in santa marta away from the hustle/bustle of the main "rodadero"..... building amenities are quite decent..

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern, very airy and right on the beach. The view of the sea and the sunsets is wonderful and we immediately felt comfortable. The amenities are very good and you have everything you need. You can also easily cook fresh every day, which is very important to us. Also the building is great and has a nice big pool for swimming. Wenzel is a great and friendly host who is always available and takes care of all matters. Despite some construction sites, the surrounding area is mostly very quiet. The place Gaira itself does not give so much. Thanks to Uber, however, you can get everywhere and also have great excursions to surrounding beaches and in the mountains. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Staying at Carmen’s apartment in the reserva Del Mar is always a great choice. A 1st class stay in every regard. Will be staying again in the summer.
