Staying with Jeanne was really beautiful! The check in was absolutely hassle-free and easy. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was something for everyone. The hot tub and sauna were our highlight! There is a star deduction in the price-performance category because you don't have to check in until 4 p.m. and check out again at 11 a.m., so you can't spend too much "time" in the great accommodation and accordingly the price was already relatively high. Nevertheless, we would come back and recommend the place! Thank you so much for the wonderful short time 😊

We had a great sleep in Michel's house. We had planned various activities near Comblain au Pont. Michel's house was perfectly close by. Very clean and huge, perfect for a large group (we were 8 people). There is a large garden with a nice terrace and a swimming pool. Large bathroom and huge kitchen with fireplace and dining area. We will be happy to come back!

After a very warm welcome by the host and hostess, we entered the cozy and comfortable guesthouse. It was equipped with every comfort, with also a lovely bed and a spacious bathroom. Don't hesitate to book, it's okay here!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. We had a wonderful week at Casa Liesy. The Christmas days we spent wonderfully by the fireplace, in the sauna and jacuzzi. With the forest within walking distance and the space in the house, the whole family had a great time. Andrea and her husband were there for questions. Totally top!

Ideal house with beautiful views of nearby hiking forests, spacious open kitchen and dining area, 2 seats - 1 with fireplace and 1 with TV. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Cote-à-los on the BBQ😋. Children can romp outside, parents aperitif on 2 outdoor terraces 😊👌

Communication with Albert went smoothly. He was quick to respond and helpful. All the amenities mentioned were present and the property was neat. There were also (board)games and the house was definitely spacious enough for our group. Highly recommended!

We received a warm reception with extensive instructions about the house. It ended up being a pleasant stay in a house with everything you need, beautifully clean and lovely beds. Absolutely gorgeous stay! Perfect for a weekend in Durbuy for two couples. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Villa des Roses, and Robert and Annette were (as ever) wonderfully warm, generous and flexible hosts. The house is stunning and toasty warm in winter, and a 5-minute walk from the centre. I have nothing but good memories from this experience and will likely be back for a third stay 😊

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend in Maastricht. There is everything you need. Very cozy and very clean. Friendly and reliable communication with hosts. Downtown and other places of interest are within easy walking distance. Otherwise, a quiet neighborhood with shopping in front of the door.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Ann’s house. The decor and amenities of the house are beautiful and we had good weather so got to enjoy the lovely garden. Ann was an excellent host and very kindly helped when we ran into trouble with our credit card at the local bistro! The area is not a particularly tourist area, but Ann’s list of local info and places to eat was very helpful. Overall a great holiday for our family.

Had a very nice and cozy stay in Jan's house! The house is on the edge of the forest, we walked there beautifully. The heater inside made it extra cozy.

Jolanda's place is such a gem. It's a beautiful and cute apartment located at a calm place just at the border. We stayed here for 4 nights over new years eve, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back! The apartment was as advertised, it was clean, bright, and warm (the Aga is really nice!). There's a lovely view over the field directly from the bedroom, and if it gets too light there are also blinding curtains to make it properly dark at night. In the area there's a lot of places to walk, run or cycle, both on the Dutch and German side of the border. We also worked for a couple of days from here, the internet is stable and fast enough to support video calls without any problems. And lastly, Jolanda herself was super responsive, left great recommendations, and made our stay super easy and convenient!

Recommended. Beautiful renovated house 10 minutes drive from Malmedy. Every room with sanitary facilities. Friendly host who responds quickly.

We had a great stay with 5 adults and 1 children, three generations under one roof. Charming house, great location, very nice host. The stairs are not suited for people with disabilities but that is to be expected in period property such as this. We will be back, I am sure of it

Great place to stay for a few relaxing days. The property offers excellent amenities. Cleanliness is spotless. Although the accommodation is a bit remote, it serves as a good base for excursions to Liège, Maastricht or the nature of the surrounding area - there are numerous excursion destinations. The house is very spacious, the 3 bedrooms offer ample space to retreat. A large living-dining area with fireplace and 2 kitchens leave nothing to be desired. However, the highlight is the outdoor sauna and hot tub. Everything is well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The communication with the host is also great - very friendly and proactive.
