Lovely flat, clean, modern and tidy in a great location just outside Aberdeen. Sea view included. Jonathan was very attentive in getting back to my messages and we would love to stay here again when we are visiting Cove.

Flat was clean and cozy. We really had a lovely time there. It was very near a bus stop for us to get around and near lots of food options. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Kim’s flat was perfect location for myself and my son who was swimming at nearby Aberdeen Sports Village. The flat had everything we needed and the complimentary teas, coffees, shortbread and milk were very much appreciated on our arrival. The flat and all linens were absolutely spotless. It was great having off street parking too. I’d definitely recommend this property and I’d definitely stay here again.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

This was a cosy, clean and charming flat! We felt very relaxed. It is in a great spot in town too. Rosella is a wonderful host- very responsive and helpful!

Friendly and helpful Host. Flat is clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped for self catering. Private car park. Great location for walking into Town and easy access to join main roads for seeing the area. Good value. We appreciated the breakfast items left for us.

We had a great couple of nights at the apartment - very comfortable, exactly as described, and very clean. Jenny and David communicated very well in the lead up to the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. Finding the apartment door at the rear of the building was a little tricky however David had tried to call earlier in the day and left a message to explain the process. We had a small issue with the door lock on the inside, but David came straight away to resolve it. The only “nice to have” would have been a dishwasher (especially with having two young kids), but we knew that this wasn’t included in the description of amenities. Having a washing machine definitely came in handy however! All in all, a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Kingseat was a delightful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Ample parking was available, which was a huge plus. The house comfortably accommodated our group of four, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Kingseat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are just so peaceful and beautiful, I wish we had more time to really enjoy it more. Celia was so helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful store to buy gifts in. Everything in the rental was as described and we would stay here again as well as recommend it to everyone!

Really enjoyed staying with the couple in Fraserburgh, they really made a house look like a home. I was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed chilling out with the both of them. The bed and facilities in the house were very good and excellent hospitality, will recommend to anyone who is in the area. 10/10.
