This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms , 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards sur Thônes , 900 m above sea level, equidistant from the Clusaz and Grand Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat . The chalet is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility.

The ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon with surprising views of Lake Geneva are 15min, Chatel 25min, Morzine 40min, you will enjoy summer and winter! Ideally located on the Gavot plateau to enjoy the joys of cycling, walks and hikes on marked trails. Genève is 1 hour by car, Chamonix 1 hour 40 minutes. Lake Geneva beaches 15 min away
