Holiday rentals with a patio in Abondance

We had a great time at Charlene and Pierre's place. The location is ideal for going skiing sinceit is at the foot of the ski lift to get to the ski area, it is really very appreciated. The view is very nice with a balcony on each side since the accommodation is through. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a ski rental shop 50 m away with a top welcome from Alexandre. Small inconvenience, there is no bakery on site, it's a shame, you have to do about 10 minutes by car. Otherwise everything was at its best and we were even able to arrive earlier than expected. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, modern. It feels good right away. Perfect for a short trip.

Mike's apartment, on the heights of Lausanne, is on the top floor of a peaceful private residence. It has a splendid view of the city and Lake Geneva, a covered park square, and public transport is a 5-minute walk. We spent the New Year there with friends, it was refreshing and very nice. Recommended 👍

Julia's house is lovely. It is located in a very beautiful and quite location of Geneva and close to the lack, parks and restaurants. I stayed for two weeks, and I loved every minute. Julia was very responsive, and the house is very well equipped. I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back.

Claire‘s place was very peaceful with an amazing view! One can see she put a lot of thought into furnishing and decorating the apartment. We would reccomend having a car for the stay, since public transport is not the fastest in the area. Still we came around quite well with the trains and busses. There are a lot of nice places to visit in the area!

Absolutely amazing, worth every one of their 5 stars. Lisa’s place is great, the location is ideal and very accurately described. The walk into town is literally minutes and the apartment is very well equipped for the numbers. We were a family of four but five would be no problem. Well equipped kitchen, good central heating, warm shower and strong WiFi - absolutely everything we needed. Lisa was great, comms were all accurate and very responsive, really would have no problem in recommending and will certainly look to book again when we return in 2026. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay in the chalet of constancy which is charming, functional and close to paths for walking. We strongly recommend this little haven of peace .

We loved our stay at Serina's chalet. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The location was great - a peaceful neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of a local supermarket and cheese shop (and tasty pizza takeaway place), 10 minutes walk to the lovely town centre square, 10 minute walk through the woods / along the river to the ski lift, and a bus stop just outside. We rented skis from Xtreme Glisses just next to the ski lift so could leave our skis and boots there and didn't have to carry them. The chalet had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated all the 'essentials' that were available for us to use in the chalet, including basic cooking and kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, sugar, herbs, tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, etc. The beds were comfortable, the dining/sitting/kitchen area was great and there was a useful room for storing kit near the front door. There was also a selection of games and puzzles too. Thank you!

What can I say Claudia's place is absolutely stunning and she is a great host always responded very helpful with recommendations on how to make your trip the best this place is so beautiful and serene I would definately recommend to anyone

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Very nice place to spend a vacation with family.

Myself and my two school age daughters had a lovely stay in Colette’s apartment. She was very responsive to all questions and gave clear instructions for everything we needed. The apartment was extremely clean, warm, had everything we needed and was perfect for the three of us. A lovely stay over half term.

Kelly and Thomas' apartment is at the foot of the slopes. It's nice not to use the car. It is spacious and quiet. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage that allows for a clear and fluid space. The kitchen is very well equipped and allows cooking as at home. There are enough dishes to use the dishwasher only when it is full. The bedding is good and there are enough blankets and pillows. A very nice stay for us at Kelly and Thomas's.

Perfect stay and this place was for many, clean, modern, well decorated, convenient to go with the family. Bus stop 5 min walk, small private residence very nice brand new. Dishes level and equipment everything is there. Functional kitchen, the accommodation is very large, convenient lockers, lots of towels ect ... well... nothing was missing I don't see any negative points really. Thank you very much for this welcome.

Staying at Thierry’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was prompt and friendly. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated Thierry and Marianne's warmth and hospitality—highly recommend this stay and would love to return. 😊

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

Fantastic apartment, well equipped and as described. Layout suited our extended family group perfectly. Great location, short walk to town and super morzine lift. Very friendly and helpful host. Had an amazing time and would love to return.

Apartment is very comfortable and had everything I needed to cook a complete meal. Bed was so comfortable. Good spot at the bottom of the village, perfect for a long walk up the mountain, with the easy descent on my way back!
