I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

Serene getaway with beautiful amenities, clean space, and great communication. Location is a bit out of the business area, and makes for great views of the night sky and mountains. Would definitely visit again.

I’ve traveled quite a bit, but this was my first time booking through Airbnb, and wow, what an experience! The property in Nizwa was truly exceptional. Having spent 12 years in the UAE, I'm familiar with the high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the GCC, and this place exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms, inviting hall, fun playing area, traditional majlis, top terrace, and, to top it all off, a stunning swimming pool made our stay unforgettable. My friend and I were on our way to Salalah and enjoyed every bit of our time here. Awab, our host, was incredibly friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Oman. We loved the feel of the place. Host was friendly and helpful. The vibe of the place is peaceful and historic. Clean and basic stay.

The place was very nicely located and in the middle of the countryside. It was very quiet and very private. There was a small fridge for drinks or smaller snacks which we found very good! Also a nice outdoor area and a great terrace. The communication went smoothly and we were given many tips for the area. A very nice host!

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!

My family had a great time staying at this Property. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were amazing, and the natural surroundings added to the peaceful atmosphere. The colors and design made the space feel warm and inviting. Coffee shops were at walking distance. Mohammed recommended nearby restaurant which was just 10 minutes drive and served delicious food. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ali’s Airbnb. Mr.Ali was really very helpful from the start of our stay in terms of guiding us in and around Jabal Shams for our eating and site seeing requirements. The house was very comfortable and had everything that one Airbnb had to offer. I would highly recommend this to anyone. WiFi service would be a good addition to the place though we understand it’s a hard terrain.

Azzan's place was lovely and so comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we're in Nizwa!
