Great location, great amenities slight ant problem in the bathrooms and toilets leaked other than that our stay was great

We had a large group finally relaxing after a long hot day at a local event and this was the perfect spot to relax. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the advertised size. Even though there were other families staying at the same location, it's very quiet. There is plenty to do and within walking distance. Check-in and check-out was easy. No fuss.

This was perfect for a family of 4. The room is pretty spacious. For the price, you cannot beat this deal especially with the waterpark passes. The pictures are accurate. Overall, the room was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

End of summer trip before it's back to school time. There were hardly any lines for the slides which was a nice surprise. The surrounding nature was beautiful, the pools aren't very deep but it was absolutely enough for adults to cool off as well. We really enjoyed our lunch at Kilbourn City Grill, mini golf was enjoyable, and our daughter had a blast in the wave pool as well (11 yrs. old). Very short ride to downtown WI Dells, we would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book again soon. The Chula Vista is a beautiful way to enjoy the Dells and the space was perfect for a hit family. Very spacious with luxury amenities.

Nice place as described easy check in clean only complaint is there is no smart tv

Great place, family had a wonderful time, condo was clean and extra spacious for a family of 8, felt right at home and kids did not want to leave. Mandeep confirmed our reservation almost instantly and sent us clear instructions for our stay and assured us we would have a great time. Much needed getaway, thank you Mandeep!

Very great place, will definitely book again!

My family needed a place to stay as we visited Cascade Mountain. The place was approximately 30 minutes from the mountain with plenty to do for young and old children. Best part, our dogs were welcomed - which is not always easy to find. Upon arrival, the room was clean, smelled clean, and perfect for a family of four. The hosts were responsive and helpful! Great place to stay!

The condo was more updated than the hotel rooms are at Chula Vista. It was our first time at a condo there and we would recommend!

The jacuzzi was a much needed bonus after a long fun day with the family!

A great place to stay for a large family or group! The space was roomy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice too. The massage chair was an added bonus!

This is one of the best locations at NorthBay Resort. His second floor place is perhaps 100' from the lake and has a spectacular view of the lake and sunsets over the lake. The patio furniture is comfortable. The unit matches the photos and his claims. It has multiple screens but the one in the main room could be a bit larger, however it is adequate. The garage is stocked with bikes and lake toys. The unit had ample supplies. I would stay there again. Do note if you like to eat out and want something other then fried food or bar food the restaurant choices are few and far between. There is a good grocery store in Adams that is about 15 min to the east.

Our second stay at this location & would definitely go back! Everything was as we hoped & expected!

Fantastic place, we stayed in one of the 4 bedroom apartments and had a great time. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. We will be making this destination a regular trip. The pool with jacuzzi ,beach at beautiful Castle Lake , deck with beautiful view and many others attractions were great for the family. Was able to get in a little shore fishing as well.

Great location, easy to check in.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is furnished. We would stay at any of Carol's properties again. Dish washer and the Washer and Dryer was wonderful. Having the kids upstairs and their own bathroom was perfect for our family. The 5th bed is in the loft right under the A/C and ceiling fan. We went to the neighboring town to grocery shop so we could cook a few meals in. That was really nice for us to grill and have an oven. Check out was a breeze and typical among other units we have stayed. It is nice knowing there are no hidden surprises during check in or check out. You can see the river from the this unit, it is a beautiful view. Smallmouth were biting during our stay. My favorite part is you were 15-20 minutes from everything in the dells. We wanted to stay away from the city.

We booked a last minute trip over Christmas/New Years break. We rented the two adjacent spaces which can accommodate alot of people. It is connected through a common hallway but it is generally very quiet. The two balconies also connect. This is a condo community on the lake so has nice walking areas, beach, golf course and play area for the kids. Ryan was extremely responsive and cooperative throughout. It is also only 45 mins from Dells so could be a good day trip for the kids. Highly recommend it.
