Loft holiday rentals in Adriatic Sea

Our family of 7 celebrated Thanksgiving together at what felt like our home away from home. What a fabulous find! This was my 4th stay in Rome at an Airbnb and this was by far the most unique experience in an apartment that was out of this world. Perfectly suited for a large family and situated in a vibrant area, with everything within walking distance. Martin was very kind and communicative. He was a wonderful host. Fede was beyond helpful always going the extra mile to answer all our questions, meeting all of our needs and offering very helpful recommendations along the way. We would not hesitate to highly recommend the Noblemen’s Loft and hope to return one day soon!

A beautiful and super complete house, extremely comfortable, super modern kitchen. the wc has a very powerful shower. matteo was very kind to leave the refrigerator stocked with water bottles, juices, yogurts and etc.. and also breakfast all inclusive. easy parking. felt at home❣️

Ilaria and the magic loft were fantastic. The loft had all the great parts of old Rome - from ancient paintings to being neighbors with a church - while having all the modern amenities of a comfortable shower and easy to use kitchen. Close to so many things that aren’t touristy or kitsch - able to experience some of a real Roman experience. Ilaria was quick to respond from before the visit, met us exactly on time to check in, and was responsive to questions that came up along the way, offering quick fixes or advice on how to handle little things. Was able to really feel at home in Rome!!!

Antonio was a great host. He was very responsive and allowed early check in. He arranged transport from the airport with a driver who knows exactly where he is going and drove us to the door. Given the narrow alleys in Napoli this was a great help. Antonio made a number of recomendations for things to do, places to go and how best to get there. And restaurant recommendations. All that we used were perfect. Overall a very nice place to stay in a lively area near the heart of the city. We would thoroughly recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay, the communication with the landlord was great – they were always quick to respond and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from both the train station and the Colosseum, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The place is lovely just like the description. Daria was super friendly and helpful. we had a great time.

A wonderful family stay - would stay again in a heartbeat! We started our time in Italy in Rome and found Fede and Ric’s place perfectly located to tour the city and also a relaxing oasis to return to after full days of sightseeing. We were able to get around to nearly all of the major landmarks on foot, and easy walk to Trastavere for dinner. Very comfortable space for a family of four. Apartment was quiet and exceptionally well appointed. Felt very at home instantly. We arrived after two very long days of travel and after one good sleep on comfortable beds, and everyone getting a hot shower in one of the two pristine bathrooms, we were completely refreshed and ready to make the most of our time in Rome. Fede and Ric could not have been better hosts - they offered tips and recommendations at every turn. And all were excellent! As the “planner” for our group, they made my life easier and allowed me more time to relax and enjoy myself instead of hunting for the next stop. Grazie!

Nice location, exactly as described and very comfortable. Also really secure (the Police is always around), easy to find and closer to almost everything you need to see in Rome. I recommend this place to everyone that wanna enjoy the best of ROME and we hope to be back soon! Thank you Serena <3

Excellent location. Incredible view of the palace and everything is walkable and close. Terrific and responsive. Quiet at night. Seriously- the view of the palace is amazing.

Great location , there’s a street below that at times can be a bit loud but the location was great , unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a marathon and we had no way of getting transportation to the airport, a little refund would have been nice . Anyway , the location is great , clean and Stefano has great communication, quick to reply. It was a very comfortable stay

we totally enjoyed our stay in Rome, and the location of this beautiful home made everything so much easier. walk to the Collesium, not far from Vatican City, many wonderful restaurants and shopping within the neighborhood. A beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Gratzi

Great stay! Matteo had clear and detailed instructions to get into the apartment! The apartment is beautiful and clean and has all the amenities needed! The plus was the washer and dryer! Beds are comfortable and rooms are cozy! The living room and dining room were great spaces to hang out! Apartment is right in the city center with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. There is a supermarket nearby which was very convenient! Easy walk everywhere! We had a nice and comfortable stay! Thanks Matteo!

I had a great stay at Daria’s place. It was clean, quiet, and well located to see all the sites in Assisi. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There are also restaurants close by if you want to eat out.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Due to the description provided, it was very easy to find. Once in, we felt very comfortable and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The location was also great. We were able to reach everything by foot.

Very nice people, doggy very calm and sweet too. We had everything we needed in the house, our two dogs quickly learned how to climb stairs. Downtown with a car very close by and the view from the mountain is charming. Thank you!

Many thanks to Emir & Ivana downstairs for a lovely time in Mostar. The loft is right in the middle of old town, allowing you to get to and from all the activities and places you want. Being from a travel agency they were able to recommend and advise me on many great things to do and not to mention all the amazing and friendly people in Mostar. I’d recommend a stay here to anybody!

Great easy stay for a few days.

Great apartment in a great location. It's worth every euro. Mr. Marko greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Apartment as pictured. It's all clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
