Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Adriatic Sea

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Absolute recommendation for the place! Very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen super equipped and the hosts very kind and helpful. We were there with a baby and had enough space for the three of us, also a child-friendly beach is within walking distance.

very comfortable stay, short walk from the front with restaurants and shops. her parents were helpful showing us how the hob worked and provided vegetables from their garden.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion places and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From the uncomplicated communication to the quick response to questions to great tips for the area – nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. This place is simply the best for a short or long stay in Sarajevo! The flat is perfect, has a beautiful terrace and is within walking distance from the center. Tarik is helpful and super responsive too

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

A central location with lots of great restaurants nearby. Very close to the bus, though not close to the metro -- but this was completely fine for us. Lots of buses and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and because the bedroom had its own bathroom, this gave a little more privacy for three people, which was very nice. Be aware that there is a decent number of stairs to get up, in case you have issues with mobility. But overall, we had a great time.

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
