3 night stay, family of 5 plus dog. Flexible check in. Duncan was most helpful. Lovely apartment, conveniently located for exploring North Wales. Shops a few minutes drive away and the garden a nice place ( with horses in addjoining field) to relax at the end of a busy day.

We were really comfortable in Kim’s flat. It was clean and felt very private. It was in a great location so that we could get straight out onto the seafront and into town easily. We’d love to stay there again!

Not the first time I've stayed here, but it's always immaculately kept. Clean, tidy and some nice extras supplied. Great central location for Aberystwyth!

we recentley stayed for one night, the property was very spacious and modern. would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay over in Barmouth as a group. Trevor the host was easily reachable and helpful, looking forward to our next stay.

A beautiful property exactly as described. It is in a stunning location- you can see the sea from the drive! A very clean and beautiful space. Layout is great and felt right at home. Clean and comfortable with great amenities and an enclosed space at the back. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer! Rich was really friendly and communicative; everything about the process was really easy. We would love to stay again and book the Discover Llŷn paddle boarding. I would highly recommend this property, location and owner. The property is only a short walk to a local cafe, the beach is a stones throw and town is only up the road. It’s also a short drive to picturesque countryside.

The perfect beach getaway, made even better by a cosy stay in Craig & Jenny's place and their kind and friendly hospitality. Craig & Jenny are great hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is exactly as described with the most stunning views across the beach & sea. My fiancée and I had a great time staying at Jonathan and Gwen’s place! We had initially booked for our trip to Zip World and decided to hike Yr Wydffa as well and the place was perfect for everything we needed! The popcorn, chocolate, and Prosecco that was provided was such a lovely touch and was greatly appreciated! The flat is in an amazing location and a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. The only little obstacle we faced was seven it came to cooking in the kitchen as the oven/hob situation is quite limited, but not impossible! We managed to make a few meals but weren’t able to cook too much as there wasn’t much space to do so. Aside from this the place was amazing and the cinema room is a great touch, we loved it! Would happily recommend the Welsh Basement Flat for anyone looking for comfort and relaxation amidst the beautiful sites and nature that North Wales has to offer!

Fantastic location in the centre of Llangollen: lots of shops and things to do on the doorstep; we were also able to get here very easily by public transport on the train to Ruabon and a short bus ride to the stop nearby. Very comfy flat with everything you need. Would stay here again

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

Lovely place in brilliant location. Rachel and Warren were both so helpful. The bedrooms were all super comfortable. On a sunny day sitting in the garden with views of the mountains was absolutely fantastic. We all really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely couple of days here. Warm and welcoming. Nice views in a quiet area. Ann was very friendly and thoughtful leaving fresh scones out for us and some lovely flowers on the dining table. The jacuzzi was great as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stunning, got upgraded too a fancier cottage when we arrived. Sadly we had to leave early due to weather but highly recommend.

Stayed for 10 nights in 'The Loft' in February 25, absolutely stunning location, the property was beautiful, arrived to lovely local shortbread and a bottle of fizz, such a lovely touch. The place is amazing... I don't know how else to describe it! It was way above what I expected. Yes the road going up to it was a single lane and at times muddy, but this is a remote location and definitely worth it for the stargazing, the peacefulness of it. It was fabulous 🥰 Friendly hosts, friendly goats, beautiful waddling ducks and noisy but cute geese! 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. He’s a friendly host and it’s a really peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (which is covered, great for all weather) and watching the swans. The place is well-equipped for longer stays and we were able to cooks meals etc. Having two bathrooms was helpful too. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after days out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gary!
