I had a pleasant day with my family. The comfort of the pool being consistently warm and the fact that there is a combi boiler inside the house has been the details. Apart from that, nobody is a wonderfully peaceful home. Apart from that, for the last time, it is a wonderfully peaceful house.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

The villa has a high ceiling and a spacious living room. The house was spotless and everything was very tidy. We had a great time thanks to the hot pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is very practical and comfortably designed, everything you need is available. Being within walking distance to cafes and markets as a location makes it easy for everyday needs. In addition, the medicine cabinet in the house was a small but very valuable detail. Although it was a short holiday, it was an unforgettable experience.

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

I loved the views, the apartment is super spacious, it looks like you were in LA. It's a super quiet area but super close to everything. In 5 min you are in the middle of Bebek with all the restaurants and shops. I fell in love with a kitten who was coming to visit us of a pelirojo color and I just think of going back to the apartment to go to visit. The stay was really very nice
