Great apartment, well situated for seeing sights and enjoyed sitting in the courtyard eating pastries from the bakery

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. Tufan was a great host! This place was clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved cooking in the kitchen and the store was only a block away if we ever needed additional groceries. The back porch was beautiful and it was peaceful and private when sitting out there. Loved lounging in the livingroom - comfortable sofa & chairs. We had a situation were we left the keys inside and locked ourselves out... we felt horrible! Yet, Tufan and his brother were responsive, helpful and so gracious. Would stay here again for sure!

Emren’s place was very well situated to everything and had the most gorgeous beach views. It was very well equipped with heating /AC, blockout blinds, soundproof doors in the front, kitchen and bathroom supplies etc. Emren was a wonderful host who was always responsive and friendly. We hope to return soon !

It's a great place to stay - home away from home. I remote worked and it was just perfect for that. All appliances one could need - washing machine, dishwashing, blender, oven with grill, etc. Excellent supermarket, fresh fruit market, pharmacy and coffee place literally just accros the street. It's a great place if you want a city place to stay among the Greek. It is definitely not touristy. However, my favorite beach with pristine water and fine sand was a 10 min walk away, a few minutes by e-bike. It is my favorite as mostly locals there, hardly any infrastructure yet the best sand beach around Rhodos town. Nothing compared to the 'nice' tourist beaches with lots of amenities around Ellies beach, which look nice, are expensive (min €20 for loungers and parasol) and you need shoes to enter the water because of the shingles or rocks. It's a quarter of an hour walk to the Old Town, again few minutes by e-bike. I loved the place and location, for me it was perfect.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location, near the beach and walking distance to everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay, although it was Winter and many things closed it was very enjoyable to walk around the city.

The location of the house is surrounded by nature in a peaceful place to relax. I recommend that you get here by car. Thanks to Mr. Emre, he helped us with all kinds of problems. When we came to Fethiye, they took us home by car. Grocery store - 10 min walk Overall it was a peaceful stay

House was as shown in the pictures. The instead of is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be visited well by car. The host is very friendly and was always quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend the house.

Verolucy is the best host! She was very helpful and thorough with instructions and she also gives a lot of great local recommendations! Her place is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious! We loved the jacuzzi and the courtyard is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom had all the amenities. There were nice touches all over the place. It was nice having a washer there to do a load of laundry. This place really made our vacation so comfortable - we would love to stay again!

My stay at this property was quite pleasant. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to various parts of the city, which made getting around straightforward. The place was clean, and the host was generally responsive and helpful. One nice touch was the garden with orange and avocado trees, adding a bit of character to the property. Overall, it was a good experience.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. We would like to thank Mr. Okan who contacted us from the moment we made the reservation and helped with everything 🙏

During our stay, Ms. Merve and her husband were very caring, they even offered us a sightseeing guide. The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the center, but it was not a problem for us, it was even better to have the house in a quiet place. It is a suitable house for those who want to have a active holiday and visit the city, the amenities of the house were sufficient as we were out all day in general. Ms. Merve and her family were staying on the upper floor of the house, they are easily accessible in case of any need. Once the entrance of the house is through the garden, it's good to know😊 In summary, we did not have any problems with the house or the hosts, thank you again:)

Really enjoyable stay, accommodation exactly as described and this is by far my favourite complex in the area, air conditioning very modern and effective, WiFi connection excellent. Had everything we needed as 2 travelling. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—very central and convenient, yet just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. Although I never got to meet Bleantia or her parents in person, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The spacious terrace was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was also well-equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, kettle, and a Nespresso machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

I stayed here for 12 days, only wish it could have been longer. It was a great place, the flat was everything and more, the pool area was immaculate. Hakki was a great host, very helpful with any questions I asked. I could not recommend this place enough. One of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had.

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Eleftherios was very helpful during our stay. Especially when I asked for advice on what to do in Rhodes, I received quick and excellent recommendations. The apartment was clean, and whenever we needed something, he responded promptly. You can stay here with peace of mind. I stayed for 2 weeks, and I am very happy with my experience!

Absolutely perfect stay. A little difficult to walk up to with suitcases, but once there, it was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous house, safe, large, spacious rooms, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and more, a comfortable bed, a bathroom which looked like it came out of a magazine, phenomenal shower and bath, fast wifi, giant kitchen, and fresh citrus in the trees right outside. Short walk to the old town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
