Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

The apartment is cozy and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is great. There are a lot of cafes, shops nearby, the market on Tuesdays, the sea. Check-in is comfortable and quick. The host was available at all times, and the issues were resolved very quickly. It was a pleasure and comfortable staying at the apartment.

This place was wonderful in every aspect. The unit was super clean, cozy, and everything was shining. It had everything that we needed. The location is also great, and is near to a lot of local stores, as well as the beach. Mr. Ismet is also very helpful and fast in his responses. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we made a memorable trip in Alanya. I highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely 10 days at this apartment- supermarkets and shops close by and walking distance to the beach. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. Abdullah was very friendly and happy to help at all times- I would definitely recommend.

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

We were very happy with our stay. Damlataş took 3 minutes on foot to the beach. Our room was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. They provided a solution right away if we had any problems or needs. If I were to go to Alanya again, I would stay at Saray Apart Hotel again.

One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

We really liked the apartment. It has absolutely everything for living. The view is stunningly beautiful. Diana was very kind, always answered questions quickly. We really hope to come back again!

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, 5 minutes to the beach. A dishwasher, a good mattress and pillows are a huge advantage for a longer stay. The shower is clean and comfortable. Among the disadvantages: the elevator, which constantly broke, and noisy restaurants nearby. The noise personally did not bother us, but the elevator was very stressful, since we were relaxing with a child. I hope the elevator will be fixed by our next arrival)) Stepan quickly responds to messages and helps to resolve all issues

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
