Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alaska

Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

This is a cute lil place with great touches for folks with pets. Clean and practical as well.

We stayed at Tera’s place for our daughter’s hockey tournament with my sister-in-law and niece. It was a great space for our two families. The kids had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks. Having the garage in March was great. Tera was extremely responsive. We will stay there again on our next trip to Fairbanks.

Great little place! Perfectly sized for 2-4 adults, hot tub was lovely, and kitchen was just right!

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

I had a great stay in Sitka! The cottage was super clean, very cute, and perfectly walkable to everything wonderful about Sitka. My stay was peaceful and had everything I could possibly need. Although I wasn’t traveling with my family this time, this would be a great spot for those traveling with kiddos. Thank you!

Tim was super friendly and responsive. His place was very cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer responded very quickly even after business hours to whatever questions you had. Her place was beautiful, had a great scenery next to the clearwater river, and provided equipment outside for grilling and lounging if needed.

Thank you for having us! This apartment is perfect for wanting to be right in town. It’s clean, comfortable and had a great kitchen! Also having the car left at the airport was perfect! The hosts were very quick and helpful with their responses. I would definitely stay there again!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Staying here was great! I’ve stayed here before while I was in Alaska for work and I knew for sure that I wanted to stay again. The space was amazing and cozy and the hosts are so kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend again and again.

A great stay! We were in awe of the wonderful nautical/ sea decorations, and the absolute comfort of their home. Very beautiful home with serene surroundings and close to store and ocean. Hope to stay again in our future Sitka visits!

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

Wonderful stay in the perfect location! Excellent views and walkable to downtown!

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.
