We spent several days at Nikola's, who hosted us generously! The place is beautiful and is very well located if you want to visit the entire coast. The view from the rooms is splendid and you can even have breakfast by the pool! Thanks Niko!

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

What a beautiful place to stay with great views of the lake! Shiroka is full of cozy restaurants and you are also in Shkodër in no time (we had a rental car). Everything is clean, neat and spacious. Barize is very nice and welcoming. She made great breakfast dishes for us. Highly recommended to stay here!

Our time with Angela was really great. The villa has everything you need and is very modern. After we arrived, Angela was always there for us and showed us many opportunities for shopping and beaches in the area. If we had questions, she was always available! Happily again!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Everything was great. A lovely apartment in a good location, with all amnetities needed and shops are nearby. The host was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend.

The little house was both extremely well located with beautiful views, but also cosy, withe everything needed for your stay. Pjeter and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely to speak to, I would happily stay here again!

Adriatik and Blerta are very nice and friendly. Their place was just like the photos, it was clean and inviting. I recommend it.

Location far from the nightlife, so great for those who want to rest in the evening without being surrounded by the noise. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles, raki, Turkish coffee and watermelon. Super nice and helpful owners, we'll be back :)

Anri's father greeted us, was super nice, gave us tips and we grilled fish together for an evening. We had a good time, great sunset and on foot you can climb to a secluded bay: worth it!

It was perfect! The apartment is clean, it has everything you need. The location is ideal, in the center of Ksamil. The parking space is a big plus. Thanks to Debora for this stay!

We stayed for 2 months at Endri's place. This home was a great jumping off spot for adventuring around northern Albania. We went from the mountains to the sea and had a nice home to come back to each day. The yard was perfect for our dog. Durrës is a 15 minute walk away, theres a killer pizza joint up the road, and a Conad grocery store around the corner. The home is comfortable but needs to be updated. A perfect stay at a great price. Host is very nice and always responsive with helpful advice. We recommend.

We had a very nice stay at An's place. The house is hidden behind a somewhat run-down residential area and is not quite easy to find by navigation – but the host was very helpful and picked us up nearby. The house itself is beautiful, with a great garden where we could enjoy fresh fruit. There were flowers outside the door, which has created a particularly welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive. The property is equipped with everything you need and the main places are within walking distance. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the stay!

Beautiful stone cottage in a stunning environment, with the perfect amount of remoteness. A short walk to the river and a spot by the bridge to swim and relax on a sandy shore. Kitchen items were all clean, as well as the rest of the house. Host was extremely helpful during our stay, especially with finding an appropriate parking spot at the end of the road as we couldn’t drive our rental car on the gravel driveway. Would highly recommend this stay, our favourite place in Albania!

A home within a 10-minute walk from the center and the beach that perfectly matches the photos. Ability to park the car inside or in front of the house on the steep street. Only 10 min drive to Butrint so perfect to visit.

We had a fantastic week. The house is located close to all of the amenities and was such a comfortable place to stay. Ksamil itself was lovely. Plenty to do but not too sprawling and noisy. The ruins at Butrint and dinner at the Mussel House were real highlights only a short drive away. We were travelling with family (7 adults) and the space felt roomy and relaxing. Dezjana was a great host and we would all recommend.
