we arrived very late and they were right there to help us. it was extremely clean and nice and comfortable for my family of 6. We loved the terrace and the parking and have nothing at all negative to say. it's a great place

We had a nice stay at Florian’s place . Very quiet area and only 5 minutes walking from the center , house is all as described . I definitely recommend to spend your vacations at this place.

We stayed there with friends, all together we were with 5 small children. They loved the garden and the chicken and played the whole day outside. It is very peacful and cosy, yet walkable distance to the center. Highly recommemded, especially for families :)

The only thing that can be added to our very favorable evaluation is to highlight the delicious cheese byrek accompanied by quince that Enea's mother offered us; and made by her. Everything was perfect!

Very spacious and comfortable. Located at very quiet and peaceful place with beautiful views. Easy to access to most of attractions by car. A good parking lot.

We - my family and I - spent one week in Villa Kadara and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The house is beautiful, so is the pool area and its stunning view. It‘s a steep car ride up to the house, but manageable - and the reason for the view! ;) Mihal was supernice and uncomplicated, he answered fast and made nice suggestions for local restaurant - if you‘re there go visit taverna fevan, AMAZING <3 - also the stuff which came cleaning every day, all very nice people! Def recommended, from all our family!

The place was an absolute dream with a brilliant view over the sea. Unfortunately, the pool was not available due to the winter time. The hosts were super quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome! I highly recommend this villa and loved it from start to finish!

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

The house is great ! Without a doubt, the best building in Sarandë. The treatment is very good and the view is unbeatable. The house equipment is very nice. To spend the days I do not recommend the beaches of Ksamil or Sarande , many people and few amenities , it is better to travel more and get away. The best was the Himare area and from there the tours in Barco to the beaches. More cute , less people and good restaurants. Without a doubt the time we spent inside the house was very relaxing and fun, we would say that even better than the one we passed through the beaches that I do not recommend the nearby ones.

Hands down the BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had! My friends and I (a group of 10 guys) just got back from an unforgettable trip to Tirana, and a huge part of what made it so special was our incredible host, Eugene. From the moment we booked, Eugene was nothing short of amazing—super responsive, genuinely caring, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for a group like ours—but it was Eugene’s warm welcome and attentiveness that truly made the experience one for the books. He was always available whenever we had questions, gave us great recommendations, and treated us like family. If you’re planning a trip to Tirana, do yourself a favor and book with Eugene. He’s the gold standard for what a host should be. 10/10 would recommend and definitely looking forward to staying again!

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

We had an incredible time hosting our New Year's get-together at this villa. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for our group. Artur also helped us with local recommendations and was very accommodative with our requests. Always with a smile, his wife cooked us an amazing dinner on the day of our arrival. Very nice villa, located 30 min walk to the center of Tirana. We enjoyed the space, the pool, the private garage… Kevin and Taulant were very responsive following an air conditioning failure. Very good advice from Kevin regarding restaurants, TYMI, for example, very good and very original decor. Thanks again to Kevin and Taulant. Hervé

this unit had a wonderful set up with a small pool and spa. Short walk to the beach, really relaxing and plenty of room for all of us. Teuta was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling here.
