Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

Nice villa same as the photos, you can find all required facilities for families, I highly recommend it.

Cozy little half-timbered house in the grounds of the associated hotel. Modern furnishings. Very friendly staff. We felt right at home, but sensible pillows would have been great. It was nice that we had our privacy, the possibility of self-catering was there (cooking), but we were still able to use all the amenities of the hotel (free breakfast buffet, free access to the large wellness area). Great is the outdoor pool in the summer. We rented e-bikes at the hotel for a fee. Beautiful surroundings for biking, hiking, etc. Biggesee easily accessible by bike or car. Good for a short stay of 3-4 days. Perfect for 2 persons.

A very spacious and clean appartment in the centre of Winterberg, just a minute’s walk from the supermarket and shops . The place had everything we needed. Jan was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at Jakob and Elena's place. Been there a second time and would come back a third time! Plenty of space for the number of guests. Well equipped, everything you need is there. Huge pluses are the sauna, hot tub and entertainment room with foosball, billiards, etc. Communication was great. If there was anything to clarify, they responded directly and acted directly. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks again at this point! :)

We spent an extended weekend with friends in Königshagen and felt very comfortable. The house offers a lot (billiards, saunas, super equipped kitchen, several grills, beautiful walking routes right at your doorstep and much more...). Particularly popular with our group was the pool table, where someone played almost all the time! The communication with André went great! He always responded quickly and also proactively asked us! Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

The house is very nice and spacious, perfect for larger groups. We were there with 5 adults and 4 children. It is all beautifully distributed in huge living rooms, which offers a wonderful view of the (snow)landscape with the glass bay window. On the lower floor, everything is super modern. In the kitchen is really everything you need from raclette to fondue to different pans and pots. A base of spices... Really everything there. In the upper bag are the bedrooms and two bathrooms. About half of the bedrooms have super comfortable box spring beds. The other bedrooms have simple wooden beds. Of course, Sauna is great. The landlady Ms. Vogelbacher is really exceptionally friendly and easily accessible. Both before and after the stay it was always possible to talk to her on short notice and she always answered all questions. Thank you! We will be happy to come back :-)

I really enjoyed staying at Ralph's house! It was clean and everything necessary was available (only a sharp knife was missing). The house is built entirely of wood and has a fireplace, which made for a very cozy atmosphere! The host welcomed us personally, was very friendly and explained everything in detail. In addition, he was always available for questions! Thank you!

We had a great time! The place was very fitting for a quiet family get-away and Ludwig and Gerda were very helpful with making the place comfy for us and our 2,5 year old daughter.

We really had a really good time in Anna's house. The rooms were all spacious and clean. We had enough space with 6 adults and 6 children to do their own thing together or each. Especially the log cabin in the garden was a nice perk. The sauna with relaxation area was also wonderful to recover after a day in the snow. Winterberg was half an hour and at the Neuasterberg you can park well to go skiing. Very suitable for starting with small children with ski lessons. The kitchen had all the necessities you could wish for. The house fully met our need of a week ski holiday with 3 families. Thank you Anna for a pleasant stay. We had a very nice stay in the cottage of the Hoffmann family. At first, we thought it was weird that we were contacted privately. However, everything worked out very well at check-in. The cottage is very well furnished with the amenities. You will find everything you need for cooking or baking. There was also a bit of toys. The house is a little older. This smelled a little bit. However, this is priced in by the price-performance ratio and therefore fine. The location of the house or the holiday village is already natural. The lake was also beautiful in autumn. We were able to relax well. Thank you for the lovely stay:)

The house is incredibly beautiful and tidy! We had a very relaxing time there and made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace in the evening!

Our stay was very nice and the accommodation has everything you need to stay there for a longer period of time. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. The location is very nice, in a few minutes you are down on the lake and for families with children there is directly there. There were four of us with a small child and that worked out well from our point of view, but it would be a little too small for 6 people, especially because you only have one bathroom. Communication with the host was great and fast. All in all a very nice stay in a beautiful house.

Good, spacious house to discover sauerland!

A fantastic little cabin on the edge of town. Very secluded. I can only agree with the other reviews. The house is clean and has all you need and Martina is a friendly and responsive host. I very much plan to return the next time I want to go hiking in the Kellerwald.
