Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

Had a great weekend there. One of the best equipped accommodations we've ever been to. With sauna and billiards, you also have great activities there when the weather is not so good.

We celebrated Christmas in this house with the family and it was great. Even the Christmas tree was set up in the house when we arrived It is a nice house with plenty of spacious rooms and plenty of sanitary facilities. We enjoyed both the house and the beautiful surroundings.

Heike and Detlef are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment is read on the first floor on the edge of the forest as described in the photos. It is very homely and cozily furnished and we (me and my two children 17 and 11) really lacked nothing from the furnishings and kitchen utensils - at most a dishwasher. The bathroom is out of the apartment door - directly to the next door - in the hallway, but we found that completely problem-free. If you are looking for nature, peace and extremely nice landlords, you are in good hands here. There are enough excursion destinations for 2 weeks stay within 20 kilometers. We will definitely come back again in the summer!

The property is wonderfully located on a slope and offers a great starting point for hikes. We especially enjoyed the large play barn with ping pong table and air hockey. Also to be highlighted are the new mattresses and the feeling that a lot of love was put into the house and the amenities here. We had a wonderful weekend at Ferienhaus Grimme.

The Tiny house is just perfect. Hidden away at the back of the hotel. First thing in the morning all you hear is birds. Great walking and cycle routes. Enough cooking utensils to make supper and perfect breakfast in the hotel.

Everything was as described and very clean. Communication was great and we were able to arrange flexible checkout times. Definitely recommend!

It was all in all very nice! A great and incredibly quiet place to unwind. The trails around it are recommended. Jakob and Elena have decorated the house very lovingly and it is well maintained. We would definitely come again.

Super nice and cozy place to stay! Ralph was immediately on site for questions! Unfortunately a little far from the ski area (20 minutes by car). The house was clean, super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable!

We felt super comfortable in the cottage and garden and also enjoyed the walks through the Bacher Lay. The accommodation is very suitable for families with baby and small children, there was everything you could ever need on site. Ludwig and Gerda are super nice, helpful hosts. We would have liked to have stayed for more than a week and will definitely be back.

We had a very nice weekend in Christine and Tom's half-timbered cottage. The place is super located, very cozy and clean. We lacked nothing.

Great great place There was really nothing missing and it was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very cozy and also the rest of the apartment was cozy. The bathroom is not particularly suitable for small people:) (mirror, shower shower), but it has served its purpose The garden is simply world class The view, the great herbs, the vegetables and fruits....etc. The bow set was particularly well received by my daughter and husband. The fireplace is also really nice. There are plenty of heaters or fireplaces in each room, so you don't have to worry about too cold rooms even with a baby. Last but not least, the super service. The instructions in advance were top-notch and foolproof. The tips for excursions and restaurants have also been really helpful. Andreas is a very friendly and conscientious landlord We will be back!

We found what we were looking for, a quiet place surrounded by nature. Although the atmosphere is modern, the place's wooden details make it feel much more welcoming, and the fireplace and its easily accessible poles, offered by Ingo, are a plus. We had rainy and haily days and took advantage of the home theater. However, the furniture is not comfortable except for the bed, which has a hard mattress. It suited us well and we rested wonderfully. There is a list of activities and restaurants that was good for us, although I made a quiche using the oven and it cooked easily. I cautiously brought my bowl of quiche because there wasn't one, but Ingo offer a lot of other options. The terrace with the views was wonderful. My dog ​​played a lot in the garden and we cleaned it every time we entered the house, just as we do in ours.

We really enjoyed our time at the place. With our four-legged friend we had a perfect environment for a short gas round. The place was quiet and you had a magnificent view of the countryside and the sunset. Communication was always pronto.

We had a wonderful time in this house as a grandpa and grandmother with our two daughters and men and our 5 grandchildren. Each family has their own floor. The game room was unique to the grandchildren, a lot of table tennis. The view is formidable. The nature close to Dudinghausen is wonderful for walking. Recommended is the walk around the Kale Pon. Because we were there in February, the children and grandchildren were also able to ski. The ski slopes are within half an hour's drive. This house is recommended. We were already there for the second time.

We spent a great weekend at Villa Sand (4 adults, 1 baby) and really had a lot of space, there is just NOTHING lacking, it's thought of everything (coffee, tea, accessories for grilling, spices, just everything) so you can't help but feel right at home. The communication was unique and the two are just great. A bakery is within walking distance, but also lots of supermarkets and smaller restaurants/snacks. I can only recommend the house, we felt so comfortable, the sauna is of course still the icing on the cake.

We had a super nice weekend with the whole family, there was space for everyone and it was fantastic opportunities. Our host on site was super friendly, attentive and even helped us out with a car problem. All around a successful weekend and a great location!
