Lake house holiday rentals in Altmühlsee

We were in the Sweden house for our annual vacation and ended up counting the days until arrival. On site we were not disappointed - the atmosphere was really "mysigt," the amenities left nothing to be desired and Mareike was always available with tips and tricks. We fell in love with the area very quickly, which was made a little easier by the excursion destinations and activities recommended to us in the Walder village shop. Great house, very nicely renovated and furnished and the sauna is great. We felt very comfortable. Communication was easy, quick and friendly.

Everything is very simple but is absolutely enough to stay overnight. You can use a small bathroom. Nice hostess, would always come back! ☺️

The place was very special, We arrived earlier than agreed and Van immediately set out to open the doors for us. She warmly invited us to her Air BnB and we had no problems with check-in. In addition to van, the house cat biscuit was also a must. She was a loyal companion who stopped by us in the apartment several times a day. Special to this apartment is the variety of decor and sleeping arrangements and the bathrooms were particularly clean. Van was always friendly and very accommodating and always had good recommendation for us, no matter what we would do in the evening. Since our stay was a fair that took place in the Meistersingerhalle, this Air BnB was particularly convenient because you had a 50 m walk to the hall from the property. Van asked us at the beginning of the stay if we were hungry or thirsty, we found this to be particularly accommodating. We would recommend this Air BnB again at any time.

We were extremely happy with the place. Everything was pleasantly clean, and the facility left nothing to be desired. The contact with Kerstin was always friendly, helpful and reliable. We felt very comfortable both in the house and due to the direct proximity to the beautiful nature around the lake. We would love to come back anytime and fully recommend the place.

Van was great at communication, she also allowed us to check out late as our flight was not till the evening. The house was as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. thanks

The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. Very spacious communal areas, lovely views and all amenities you could need. The swimming lake is a short walk and really nice (even though the small beach is packed in holiday season). The host's family that checked us in were lovely and accommodating.
