Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Amberg-Sulzbach

Thanks to the Schmidtbauer family! We had a great weekend with 6 adults and four kids! Immediately again :)

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

Judith and Jürgen are super hosts. We've never had a place that was so well thought out in so many details. From first aid box to olive oil, there were great amenities that went far beyond the usual. We felt very comfortable. It started when you booked. Judith pointed out that in addition to the Casa Loft there is also the apartment La Mansarda and we can eat all meals in the Casa Loft.

Very friendly hosts! Clean and tidy house, generally a very special, large and beautifully designed house. There was everything you need and also as in the description. Even tourism information on what to do/eat everything there is to do/eat... in the area. The children enjoyed the play area. There would still be so many positive things to write ;-) We will probably come back! It was a great stay in a beautiful and quiet area!

We were a seven-member men's round who took a break. And for that, the property is ideal. We had rented both houses and they offered enough space and amenities for all of us. The sauna and hot tub complete the whole thing. The disadvantage of the location is also the advantage of the location: It is a bit remote and without a car, it would be difficult to buy something or the like. But we had everything with us, so it was no problem for us. Michaela is a perfect host, open to all questions and responds very last minute. We will probably come back next year!

We had a great stay. The location is ideal for hiking directly and exploring the Fichtel Mountains. The host Michael is very friendly, reliable and accommodating.

Just fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by Gernot and found a sparkling clean space. Even delicious drinks waited for us after the long drive. Fantastic location of the apartment , quiet surroundings, everything for an unforgettable stay was available. We will happily come back to Michaela and Gernot for a vacation. The apartment is lovely! Fully furnished. The kitchen is very equipped! Comfortable for cooking!. The place is quiet and the view is stunning! Highly recommended. Just two issues. 1. The door does not lock from the inside. 2. The towels are small and old. (padded).

We were able to spend some nice and relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland with our baby. Thomas and Elli's apartment was a good starting point for tours with the stroller in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We found the village location very pleasant. The two are very friendly hosts and had one or two helpful tips ready for us.

I hosted a two day criminal for my friends and I and was able to prepare and host it perfectly in the house for a total of 14 guests! The winding house and the various activities throughout the house give you the opportunity to split into smaller groups and go after different things and the large dining table allows a nice togetherness. The location is quiet and relaxed and storks can currently be seen, which have only made the area all the more pleasant.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and is in the middle of a tiny village. The outdoor area is great and very well maintained. The barbecue area is great. 🫶🏻 In the house there are screens on the windows👍🏼, many toilets, many bedrooms, a lot of beds😃, two kitchens, two living rooms and an extra children's corner with toys. 🥰 The large table in the lower kitchen can accommodate everyone. 🙂 Very pleasant that soap is 🧼 available everywhere. There was also a basic set of coffee, filters, sugar and salt. We couldn't find matches only. So you should bring it with you if you want to make a fire. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

An absolute dream house with many loving details, which makes the house so charming. Very clean, nice beds, blankets and pillows, quiet location, lots of nature. Very nice party+ spa cellar. The garden is a dream! Julia welcomed us very lovingly and was available at any time in no time. Dear Julia, we will be back!! Thank you so much 😘

Really only recommended, we were on site for the second time and always very satisfied. Very clean, great communication, pleasant check in and check out.

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)
