James and the lady who checked us in were both really friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for local places to eat and see. I would definitely stay there next time we visit! The kids loved the bunk beds.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at this beautiful twin room near the seaside! The location was perfect just a short walk to Llandudno Pier, the promenade, and all the main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in super easy. We especially loved how peaceful the area was, and it felt safe and welcoming the entire time. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Llandudno on foot and enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This was a great option for a last minute overnight stay with my 7 year old. The location was fantastic, our host was really welcoming, and having stayed in many hostels around the world (without kids), I would recommend it! I'd definitely considered booking again for our next stay in Llandudno 🙂

There was no dining options available with this booking but there were plenty of other places nearby. The room was clean and very well presented. The en suite was spotless. The only issue we had was a poor internet connection in the room. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely apartment, Regan's instructions were easy to follow and had everything we needed. Loved the idea of the continental breakfast as this helped with the mornings so we could get going with our walks. Lovely surroundings, shame about the rain on the second day!

Value for money , great location, clean room. Easy car parking next to the road. All places to eat are nearby in walking distance . bath room is shared and no in house kitchen. Except for these two , everything else is great.

We had the most wonderful stay. The views from the hotel were spectacular. Our room and the hotel were spotless . The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed the spa, the games room the food, everything. Fully intend to come back.

Amazing stay at the Bala lake hotel. We had loads of fun participating in Field Archery, Zip lines, using the spa and borrowing bicycles so we could adventure off around the local area. Highly recommended and we will hopefully will be back in the summer when it's a bit warmer!

Great stay - very accommodating, great activities and location and lovely staff

Eryl and Geri were both very accommodating hosts, prepared our extra bed before arrival. Also kindly gave us some welsh cakes and milk for our coffee and tea. They provided a local guide which was very useful and even helped us find parking for Snowden. We were soaking wet after Snowden and they very kindly turned up the heating so we could attempt to dry our belongings. It was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again for future walks.

Wonderful stay. Owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Great location. Would definitely return. If I had any gripe it would be that for the price you pay I would expect a cooked breakfast to be included and not at extra cost. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was perfect. It was a lovely stay, our room in C7 has the best views of the Bala Lake. Clean and comfy room..Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Only negative part was the smoking area was a a bit far. You have to go down a hill walk to reach their designated smoking area. but not a big issue. I love the leisure facilities which came included in our room rate. Theres really so many activities to try on in this hotel. The food was brialliant too. I would like to extend my gratefulness to the Bala Lake Hotel staff and management for their complimentary welcome and birthday pack they have put up for my partner. Huge thanks for this extra service. I would definitely be coming back to this hotel and refer to this to my friends and clients.
